I feel the bed shift as Luke got up. He had 2 interviews today. I could already tell without opening my eyes I was sick. My body hurt and there was spots of hot and cold all over me. I decided to fall back asleep. "Babe open your eyes... come on let me see them before I leave... I just wanna see your eyes and one kiss before I go." Luke coaxes me awake. I open my eyes and offer a weak smile. "Have a good day." I croaked from my dry painful throat. I tried to sit up and winced at the all over pain. "I'll see you around one." Luke said kissing my forehead. "Whoa babe you're burning up... I'm going to go get the thermometer." Luke said walking to the kitchen. i layed back against the pillow. "Here open up." Luke said holding the metal stick to my mouth. I opened my mouth and he slid the thermometer under my toungue. I held it as Luke walked away and returned with blankets, movies, medicine, and tea. When it beeped Luke looked at it. "Whats my temp?" I asked feeling a cold sweat across my forehead. "101.3 you are one sick baby." Luke said handing me some Motrin. I swallowed it and moaned. "Luke baby can you bring me a cool flannel." I asked. Luke nodded and walked into the bathroom. "Hello? Yea it's Luke, I'm just calling to say I'm not coming to the interviews y/ns sick and I'm going to take care of her. Ash can you tell the guys. Kay thanks ok yea I'll tell her. bye." Luke was on the phone. I tried to move and hurt myself. "Owagh." I whimpered. "Babe you okay?" Luke asked running in with a flannel. "yea my body just hurts." I said reach for the flannel. Luke pushed my hand away and put it on my forehead for me. "Now I'm gonna go change into something comfy because I'm not going out anymore." Luke said slipping his shirt off. "You don't have to this is your job and your dream you need to go." I protested. "Nope I'm staying right here. I need to be with you." Luke said sliding under the covers next to me. "Thaanks babe." I said. I cuddled into his chest. "Anytime babe." Luke said kissing the top of my head. I started falling asleep to the sound of Luke's heartbeat and him humming softly to me.
