Chapter 22- Snatching Souls

Tianna's POV

I was feeling really uncomfortable at the table with these two ladies now. Shar was smiling too much for my liking and Satin was busy chatting to herself it seems about a wedding that was not even ready to be planned. These socialites really didn't have much to do at all but eat and chat fuckey.

"Right Tianna?" Satin asked.

I didn't even have a clue what she was talking about but it must have something to do with my wedding planning.

"Yes I totally agree" I said.

She clapped her hands with excitement and I was sitting there picking at my cucumber sandwich and smiling like a fucking idiot.

"So Shar will be your personal planner, trust me Tianna you are in the best hands, the hands of Sharene Hyman" She said.

I almost chipped the plate with the knife when I heard the last name. Hyman was not a common name and she showed up at Daniel's house once so she must be related.

"Hyman?" I asked.

"Oh not to worry I am the niece of your father's political rival, my father do run in the same circle but he is not really into politics so we tend to get along with everyone, hence why I am best friends with a Smallings and you know how that goes" Shar explained.

So she was indeed Daniel's cousin, so that's why she came to his house. However she knew who I was and she knew something, a lot maybe.

"Yes I hate the family feud and politics. I'm in a dilemma because of this whole rivalry also" Satin said.

Shar looked at her and smiled as if she was telling her to shut up but Satin didn't care to stop talking.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

I wanted to know what she meant. She seemed like the type that will talk you to death and tell all her business.

"Well you're going to be family and Shar and I are going to be family so I can share this with you. Tianna please promise to keep this between us, don't even tell my brother because its against everything they believe in" She said.

"I promise you have my word, I won't say a thing to him or anyone" I said.

I can surely keep a secret because I've yet to say the things I know.

"Well Shar here have been the only person I can talk to because she understands everything plus she is his family. I am dating Shar's cousin Daniel Hyman" She said.

I had an out of body experienced when she said his name. I felt like I had sand in my throat. I had to keep my composure because Shar was now searching my face for the reaction she wasn't going to get out of me.

"That would be a problem right? How long have you guys been together?" I asked.

I quickly put my phone on record because I need proof of this.

"Yes it will but Daniel and I have our plans. We are madly in love and can't wait to be together. Far way from his family and and mine. Oh and we have been together for over a year now" She said

"Well that's amazing. I mean who can stop love right? Go for it girl and don't let anyone stop you guys from loving each other" I said.

I looked at Shar as I took a sip of my fruit punch and she was smiling at me knowing damn well she was enjoying the fuck of this lunch. I like her though, she kept her mouth and that's a good thing.

"Yes I love him so much and he is crazy about me. I can't help myself when I am with him" She said.

My heart was doing back flips in my chest. I couldn't help but to feel jelousy and bitter right now. When I leave here I am going to find him wherever the fuck he was, I swear I could push a knife through him.
