The morning started with a big smile on your face. You bonded with Mirabel, Isabela, and your tía Julieta in preparing breakfast. While stirring the batter, Isabela suggested a game you three should play while cooking. The game of truth or dare may seem childish but they loved that game.

"Okay, truth or dare?" you asked Isabela who quickly answered "dare."

You and Mirabel shared a playful smirk. "I dare you to color dad's favorite vest brown." Mirabel laughs as she saw her sister who looked like she was about to strangle her.

We watched as Isabela sneaked into their tent, it took her a while before getting out with a smile of victory on her face. "Easy. Y/n truth or dare?" you wanted to be bold today so you chose

"dare."

They laughed before thinking hardly of what dare they should give you 'til they saw Camilo helping out his father with firewood." I dare you to scare Camilo and take a picture of the face he makes so we can use it to blackmail him." you tried to contain yourself from laughing, thinking about whether you should do it or not. He'd be mad at you for it but there's nothing you can do, it's a dare.

You asked Bruno for help and he agreed.

Camilo and Felix were on their way back, you and Bruno went to your places. He disguised as the monster Camilo used to be afraid of as a kid. "I'm sorry amor." you laughed and did the dare, Bruno jumped in making him scream and drop the wood he was holding and you successfully captured the photo. Isabela took the polaroid of Camilo from your hand and Mirabel chased her around as it was the only copy.

Felix and Bruno left you both alone, laughing. You turned to Camilo who was now wiping his hand with a handkerchief, he got injured by the wood's rough texture carving through the palm of his hand. You quickly approached him and he glared at you.

"Not funny Y/n, not funny." he hissed.

Guilty, you pulled him to your tent and looked for bandages, luckily, you found a first aid kit in his bag. You both sat down on the sleeping bag and began treating his hand. Although you knew his tía would heal it instantly, you felt guilty for it. After cleansing it and applying ointment, you wrapped your pañuelo (handkerchief) around his hand to prevent dirt from infecting his wound. You then gave it a little kiss.

"I'm sorry amor. It was a dare." you chuckled "I'll get one of tía Julieta's arepas for your wound. wait for me okay?" you added as you stood up, making Camilo pull you back down.

"It hurts, kiss it." he raised his hand. You gave his palm another kiss earning a small smile from him. "Now kiss me here." he pointed to his lips, you gave him a questioning look. "What? you don't want to make me feel better?" he scoffed and you cuffed his cheeks, leaning in

"ISABELA!!!!" you both heard Agustin shout from outside, sounds like he found his vest. You backed away, laughing. "Everytime." Camilo whined, he held your hand leading you outside as it was time for breakfast.

.........................

The day was fun, you spent the whole day playing and hanging out with them. The grown-ups stayed at camp and the kids went to the lake to swim. Antonio's animal friends and Isabela's vines made it a lot more better. You stayed on the edge watching as the Madrigal cousins play on the water. They filled that void, you always wanted to have siblings. siblings who you can talk to, play with, and break the rules with. Ever since you moved to Encanto, you were never alone. And you loved it. But your father's presence here suddenly came into mind, what if he was here to take you back home.

"A flower for your thoughts, hermosa?" Camilo appeared in front of you, tucking a flower on your ear. "Just thoughts about home and the Encanto, nothing much." you answered while he hugged you from behind. "Something's bugging you, amor. tell me?" he kissed your neck.

You let out a heavy sigh and turned around facing him. "What if I told you I'm leaving, what would you do?" your eyes met his loving ones.

"I'd do anything I can to make you stay even if it means embarrassing myself." he pulls you close.

"But why that sudden question?" he asks.

"My dad, his only purpose here is to take me home." you answered looking away.

"Well if that's the case" he held your chin, making you look at him " I won't let him."

"I promise." he linked his pinky into yours.

"Now get rid of that frown, let's go!" he carried me to the water and joined them.
