Tips On How To Survive The Zombie Apocalypse

Weapons

This is a chapter I have been hankering to write since the beginning of this book.

Weapons.

I googled up some shit, made some research, looked up in my brain for some confirmation and I reckon these might be the best weapons someone could use to survive the Zombie Apocalypse.

-Katana

I'm sure we all know what a Katana is, but in case you don't, it's like, the most awesomeous sword ever created in the history of swords. It's sharp (all swords are XD), its long, can slash a zombie's throat with just a slight swing, it's shiny (lol).

-Handguns

Now, those are good because they're easy to carry, and their ammo isn't as rare to find, but the amount of noise they make is just...just.

-Explosives

If you think dam explosive are good, then you are so wrong it hurts. When zombies are still alive, fire won't damage them. Sure it will burn them, but they don't feel anything, and until they turn into ashes they will have just enough time to eat you. Just saying. *shrugs innocently*

-Daggers

OK, so to actually use a dagger you need to be close to the zombie, but they are just as useful as swords. I'm sure it wouldn't kill you to have an extra one stashed somewhere in your boots. While having to deal with a whole horde of zombies surrounding you, using a dagger and a gun is like multitasking. Kill one with the gun from the left, and plunge a dagger into a zombie's head from the right. Remeber, blades don't need reloading.

-Crowbars

You never know when you run out of weapons, and it's the only thing you got.

-Baseball Bats

Carry a few with you just in case. The reason above^.

-Brass Knuckles

These are recommended to the ones who like to punch, but I did mention in a tip that a mano-a-mano combat is never safe.

-Machetes

Machetes are build to cut through material, so what better way to slit a zombie heads?

-Sickles

This is literally like being Death and using a scythe, but instead of being Death you're a human who wants to kill some zombies, and the sickle is just a shorter version of the scythe.

-Nodachi

A Nodachi is simply an over-sized Katana. The Nodachi was used primarily against cavalry, and could easily cut a man in two, in this case Zombies. How magnificent would that be?

-Maces

Why not? I mean they are just spiked clubs used as weapons. Just good enough to kill dem b*tches.

-Pretty much anything sharp that can cut through thick mediums.

-Rifles

Rifles are long guns designed to be fired from the shoulder, with a barrel that has a helical groove or pattern of grooves cut into the barrel walls. AKA the guns that you used to play with in counter-strike. These are mostly used to shoot from within long distance, mostly to not attract any kind of unwanted attention *cough* undead attention *cough*.

-Whatever else you can find that can be used as a weapon.

We all know that even though it would be so cool to have any those weapons, the closest to a weapon that we'll have is a broom. Personally, I'd travel miles if I have to just to get at least one of those because there is no way in hell I'm dying in the Z.A. No way no how, not now, not ever. Hope you all feel the same. I suggest you start looking for nearby weapon stores, because I sure am.
