"So you arrive here an hour late... and you decide to bring ver your girlfriend to work?! I didn't cover your shift for you so you can slack off on me!" My manager told me.

I gave her a chop on the head.

"Quit your yappin, she's not my girlfriend." I said.

"Eh? I thought you said you had a few more minutes before your shift?" She asked.

"Truth is, my shift started an hour ago, but I was caught up with reporting to the teachers and helping you out. But don't worry about it, it's no big deal." I said.

"Is that so? I'm sorry for taking up so much of your time!" She lowered her head and apologized.

"Don't ignore me!!!" My manager said.

.
.
.

"Prez, this is Nanashiro Yuki, she's my lady manager here." I introduced her.

"I'm sure Anon-kun here just wanted to help you out, so don't worry too much about it. He can be a little too good for his own well being." Nanashiro commented

"Anyways... This girl is Adagaki Shuuna, she's my school's Student Council President." I said.

"Nice to meet you!" Shuuna said.

Yuki-san has been the manager for this shop for a long time now. Apparently, a relative owns the place and she's working for them in order to save some money.

She's a diligent college student who also plays the game just like me and Shuuna-san.

"So you play the game too huh? Did Anon-kun here scout you or something?" Yuki-san asked.

"Not at all! We both found out that we played the game, and when he told me that he worked here, I had him accompany me for a little bit." Shuuna-san said.

"You said that it's perfect that I work here, what exactly is it that you're going to get here?" I asked her.

"I was actually gonna buy some in-game currency!" Shuuna-san said.

"Ohhh, eyeing on something in the cosmetics shop?" I asked.

"Yes! The War Priestess' Coat!" Shuuna-san said.

"Ehhh, so you're a War Priestess huh?" Yuki-san asked.

"Yes! I bought the class and had loads of fun with it, now I want to buy the limited time only cape so I can make my character look even more dashing!" Shuuna-san said.

"Well then, I'll be your cashier for today!" I said.

.
.
.

And so my work shift started with me selling HTO In-game currency to Adagaki-san.

HTO has an in-game currency named "crystals" which you can use to exchange for various items like cosmetics, EXP Boosting potions, and Increased Drop Rate potions.

It doesn't offer you some OP items. The game developers doesn't want to make the game unfair for those who don't spend.

The War Priestess' Coat is a limited edition coat that was released on the 2nd phase during the addition of the 2 new classes.

The other class, The Fallen Angel, they get the Fallen Angel's Wings instead.

And it is actually the first wing-type looking thing cosmetic in the game. Although it doesn't let you fly.

"I got what I came here for! I'll be on my way now! See you at school Anon-kun!" Shuuna-san said.

"Take care Adagaki-san!" I said.

"Okay no, Shuuna!" She said.

"Ehh?" I flinched.

"Just Shuuna is fine!" She said and then immediately left.

"How exactly can I just call her by her first time right from the get go..." I asked myself.

"It seems like you had quite the eventful day now didn't you?.... Milk man??" Yuki-san said after coming out of the storage room.

"Atleast it's better than yours, Blacksmith Yuna-san." I fought back.

"Don't you know that it's taboo to call someone by their username like that?" She said.

"But you called me milk man...so..." I said.

She laughed.

"HAHAHAHA! Oh man, you're hilarious!" Yuki-san commented.

"Wasn't she a cutie?" Yuki-san pressed on.

"You mean Prez? Yeah she is. She's called the Silver Empress by the guys at my school because of her personality, her figure, and of course, her silver hair." I said.

"So what'll it be? Ready to give up on Rinrin?" She asked me.

"I don't plant to give up on Rinrin. She's the one I like..." I said.

It's true though...

I just can't shake my feelings for Rinrin off... And neither do I want to do that...

But while it is true that many people might judge me for how I found my romance, Yuki-san isn't one of them.

In fact, she's been helping me out a lot.

"What're you gonna do if she was actually Rinrin?" She said.

That is...

I don't really know how to answer that.

I know and love Rinrin as a player and as a person. But I can't say I know her enough. I want to get to know her more... But I don't know how to do that.

"Don't you have anything better to do?" I asked her.

She got behind me and hugged me.

"Don't push yourself too much okay?" Yuki-san softly whispered to my ear.

"If anyone sees us like this, you'll mess up your chance on getting a boyfriend." I said.

She gave my head a nice chop before letting go.

"You cheeky brat! Also, that's for earlier!" She said.

But just before she goes back inside her office...

"Thanks. I'm not pushing myself, but thank you for worrying." I said.

"Alright kiddo~" Yuki-san said and went back to her work.

.
.
.

Yuki-san is like an elder sister that I didn't have. She can kind of immediately tell if there's something bugging me or if something is troubling me.

And the fact that she acted this way since Day 3 was... weird at first, but I got used to it pretty quick.

Knowing that she was the Blacksmith Yuna-san was also shocking.

While she was out, I went into her office to drop off some documents. And she was playing HTO on her PC. And I managed to catch a glimpse of her avatar and username.

I teased her about it the next day. And then, we became a little bit closer than before.
