There was a lot of stress involved with Freeman parties.

Amber had a reputation to uphold as well as keeping the house damage-free.
She aimed to provide a high-key, low-key experience.

High in booze, weed, music, etc.
Low to evade police interference.
Honestly, she rarely enjoyed her parties.

She could never drink as much as she'd like to.
The only thing Amber gained from her parties was attention.

Her peers were grateful for the experience her parties offered.

She welcomed the distraction tonight though.
Despite Mindy's "pep" talk, Amber had continued to avoid Tara.

Not inviting her tonight was never an option.
Amber would just have to plan it strategically.
After loading the refrigerators with beer, she took a break on couch.

Richie: I think this is the first time in the franchise's history that the community has agreed on something
Amber: yeah, Stab fucking 8 sucked ass?

At around 9:45, Mindy was the first to show up.
She walked in with a giant bong and a stack of movies.

"What's up," Mindy called back to Amber's room.
She flopped down on the couch.

Amber peered around her bedroom door.
"Where's that plus one," she asked.

Mindy's only response was flipping her off.

Amber laughed as she walked into the living room.

"You couldn't bring your own beer," she asked leaning over the back of the couch.

"I brought weed. You share, I share."

"Deal."

Amber went into the kitchen and opened the refrigerator.

"Chad invited the entire football team FYI," Mindy called from the couch.

Amber pulled two cans of beer out, cracking them both open.

"It's cool," she replied handing Mindy a beer.
"You going to talk to Tara tonight?"

"Sure."

"About your girly feelings?"

"First of all, gross. Second, hard pass."

"Pussy."

"Fuck you."

"You better get on Aux before Chad gets here."
