Chapter 45

Sumiko POV

I woke up feeling sore everywhere. My body hurts so much and so does my head but I need to visit the others. I can smell Iguro-san and Mitsuri-san. I'm so glad they're alive.

I got up from my bed not minding the pain I'm experiencing right now. As I stood up, I saw Giyuu's sword and I used it as a support... I'm so sorry Giyuu...

I walk to the room where I smell Mitsuri-san and Iguro-san. I saw them unconscious. Mitsuri-san's hair is now short. Her cheek and left side is in a bad shape, Iguro-san's face too. I sat on a chair near their beds as I hold Mitsuri-san's hand and  grip Giyuu's sword tighter.

"Onee-chan!" I heard someone shouted as I smelled the others. I turned my head to the door when it suddenly opened and it revealed all of them.

"Sumiko.." Giyuu said softly before hugging me, burying his face on my shoulder that made me whimper in pain.

"Ow~ It still hurts." I told him at making him pull away.

"I'm sorry." he whispered at me. I smiled at him softly before patting his head.

"Onee-chan~" Nezuko said before hugging me too. The others also gathered around me.

"How are you feeling Sumiko?" Urokodaki-san ask me.

"Well.. My body hurts but not that much and my right eye, I can't see anything with it." I told them.

"Well, your eyes are like mine. It looks fine but it is blind." Kanao said pointing at her right eye. It does look fine but the color is kind of faded.

"I'm sorry about your eye and all the injuries I gave when.. I was a demon. I'm so sorry" I told them. Nezuko suddenly flicked my forehead as I look at her confused.

"Why'd you do that?" I ask her touching my forehead.

"Because you kept on saying sorry! Even before too! You're a mindless demon that time so you most likely will attack everyone." Nezuko said angrily that made the others laugh.

"Kamado siblings really are flamboyant!" Uzui-san exclaim earning a 'Shh' from everone. I noticed Zenitsu quiet while looking somewhere.

"Is there something wrong Zenitsu?" I ask as he looked at me.

"Iguro-san and Mitsuri-san's waking up." he said that made us look at the two sleeping (formerly) hashira. Once we saw them waking up Aoi-chan quickly left.

"We'll go get some equipment." Kanao said before quickly following Aoi-chan. We saw Mitsuri-san slowly opening her eyes as Iguro-san could only lift his arms.

"N-Nezuko-chan.. is a human.." Mitsuri-san said after she saw Nezuko.

"Yes Mitsuri-san. I am now a human and so does Onee-chan." Nezuko said that made them confused.

"What do you mean by that?" Iguro-san asked her.

"Apparently after the fight with the b*tch, he turned this brat into a demon but unlike the other brat who control herself, Sumiko did not." Shinazugawa-san explained quickly. Genya looked at me apologetically as I smiled in return.

"YOU WHAT!?" they both shouted. Aoi-chan and Kanao came back bringing some medical supplies.

"Ok, all of you get out. Sumiko-chan return to your room, you're next after them." Aoi-chan said signaling us to get out. Mitsuri-san is struggling and wanting Nezuko and I to stay but Giyuu suddenly pick me up before walking.

"H-Hey! Put me down! I can walk!" I said to him trying to get down but of course he is stronger than me.

"AHAHAHAH! SIJUKO IS WEAK!" I just heard Inosuke shouting as we entered my room. Giyuu placed me on the bed forcing to lay down.

"I'm not tired." I told him but he just gave me a 'serious' look.

"What do you want me to do?" Giyuu asked me sitting on the side of my bed. I was about to answer when Giyuu's crow, Kanzaburou landed on the top of my head.

"Giyuu.." he said looking down at me. My eyes sparkle on the way he look down at me.

"My meet again Kanzaburou!!" I exclaim as I picked him off of my head.

"No, that's not me, Kanzaburou." Giyuu said taking the crow from my hands but the crow flew back into my arms.

"Giyuu.. he's taking me away from you..." the crow said as he move closer to me.

"Your crow like me." I told him while patting the crows head.

"Oh come on!" he shouted pouting like a kid that made me laugh.

"CAW!! GET AWAY FROM HER!!" Matsuemon shouted as he landed on my head.

"Oh you're back." I told him but he just turned his head away from me.

"Aw~ Don't be like that! Tell me what you want so we can get along!" I told him.

"You need to feed me every time I came." he told me like he was looking down on me."Ok!" I told him. I kept talking to Giyuu and I's crow forgetting Giyuu is here.

Giyuu POV

I was watching Sumiko talking to the crows excitedly. I didn't even realize I was smiling. I was enjoying watching them talk and get along when someone walk inside the room.

"Sumiko-chan." Aoi said walking closer to her. The crow moved away as Aoi started checking her. Kanao stood next to me holding a katana.

"Sumi's katana?" I ask her. She nodded her head before giving it to me.

"Her swordsmith replaced it a new on. He's surprisingly calm when he gave me Sumiko's katana." she explained after giving me the sword. Aoi suddenly walk towards me before talking.

"We'll just give the two of you lunch later. Don't make Sumiko walk unless its necessary. Make her sleep in time." Aoi explained before exiting the room with Kanao.

"What did they told you?" Sumiko asked me. I sat on the edge of her bed before answering.

"Kanao gave me your sword. They'll give us lunch later and this.." I said before giving back her butterfly clip. Her eyes widen and started tearing up.

"I-I thought I broke it..." Sumiko said before getting the clip hugging it.

"I took it when we're the first one fighting Muzan. I thought it broke since I got send to the walls but it didn't." I told her. She quickly hug me burying her face in my shoulder."

I know this is short but hear me out. This is the point where my laziness started controlling me, okay? Anyway, a few Chapter(s) left 'till this is done. WOW! Can't you believe it?! I can't either.
