DISCLAIMER: I OWN NOTHING THOUGH I WISH I DID!!!!

That afternoon was the best that the two had had in years. They did nothing more than be in each other's company, strolling the beach and admiring the view, and that was enough. They needed no more than that to be happy. But of course, all happy things eventually have to come to an end, as the world seems to want it.

Three conch horn blasts sounded in the distance. Percy sighed. Of course, an attack.

PERCY'S P.O.V.

Of course. I couldn't seem to get any free time. Even though these last few weeks have been quiet, in my mind I have been stressing, and now that finally everything seems to have fallen into place, the war needs to start. Lovely.

"Come on Zoe, let's get this fight over and done with." I say to her, transforming back to my wolf form.

"Nothing would please me more," Zoe replied, with a manic grin upon her. Face.

We race down together to the courtyard where everyone seem to be gathering. We make our way over to the hunters and I step into the middle f the group and look over at Artemis. She nods.

"Okay Hunters. Let's get this battle over and done with. There might be a ridiculous amount of filthy males with this camp's borders but they do not deserve to be torn apart. Let's show them all what we are made of!" I growl loudly and all the hunter cheer with agreement.

I run over to where Leo and Jason are organising the campers. "We hunters are taking all sides. Come in behind us and hope for minimal casualties." I say to the both of them and they nod.

"Yes Alpha, will do," Leo said cheerfully (what is with him, we are about to fight a war!?!?!)

Jason just hit Leo upside the head.

"You idiot," he scolded before turning towards me. "We will try our best Alpha, good luck out there,"

I nodded towards him before running off and joining my sisters.

"WE FIGHT FOR ARTEMIS!" I howled

"FOR ARTEMIS!" The hunters repeated.

We split off into three group. A third ran to the trees on the left and another third to the trees on the right. The last section ran dead centre into the mass of monsters.

Every type of monster that you could imagine was here, and all getting ready to kill as many demi gods as possible.

I switched off all other thoughts and focused solely on ripping monsters apart. My mind goes onto auto drive as I rip monster to monster apart. I immerse myself into the fight, releasing any hidden emotions that have been bottled inside of me, and before I know it the world seems to be moving in slow motion. I don't even notice it but at some point during the fight I had had reverted back to my human self, pulling out my sword and decimating them like butter. It was only after the battle was done, when I realised what had happened.

Silence hung around me, as I had my back to the crowd. I had yet to turn around and all I could hope for was that my identity was still a secret. I shifted quickly before turning back towards the camp.

They were all staring but not moving. It seems that have must have found out. There was no other reason why they were all staring so intently. I turn towards my sister and notice that they too had open mouths. I cocked my head to the side, really confused now. I didn't understand.

"What?" I asked, unable to keep silent any longer.

Jason was eventually the one that stepped forwards.

"You," he started slowly, "Just destroyed three quarters of the army, and there is not a single scratch upon you. You managed to do it showing no signs of using any powers and in two forms!" he exclaimed, and I internally sighed in relief. It seem that my identity is safe after all.

"Ahh, that. Well, I don't have an answer to that," I say and a quickly rot over to the hunters, trying to get out of the spot light. I knew something would come of fighting for the camp.

Eventually everyone retreated and I was left with just my sisters. Unfortunately, those said sisters were also staring at me.

"I knew you were powerful but oh my gods, I wasn't expecting that!" shouted Daniela.

"I don't think any of us were," replied Tiana, smirking at her fellow hunter before turning towards me. "What you did today was just incredible. I have never seen anything like it and I have been a hunter for quite a long time-"She was cut off short with a sudden whooping noise coming from the other side of the group.

"WOHOOO!!! Yeah!! THAT'S MY COUSIN EVERYONE, I AM RELATED TO HIM!!!!!" Thalia was shouting at the top of her lungs. "MY COUSIN KICKS ASS!!!"

I just stared. What on earth had possessed Thalia to do that? Everyone must have been sharing my thoughts because we were all looking at her with incredulous expressions on our faces.

Once everyone had snapped out of their shock, Zoe turned toward me and bent down to my level.

"You did amazingly today, a true warrior," she whispers into my ear and gives me a scratch, and I couldn't help but to lean into her touch. I closed my eyes, enjoying the scratching sensation, my tongue hanging out of my mouth.

I heard the hunter's aww's around me but I could not bring myself to care. I will let myself act like a dog, just this once. This opportunity was just too good to give up.

It seemed that today could end well.

"Come on puppy," Artemis called. "Let's go celebrate our victory today.

Once again everyone cheered before we all rushed off to our cabin to enjoy ourselves and momentarily forget about the big scary future ahead of us. I shook my head and thought to myself. I am finally home.
