Previously…
When the two of them emerged from the water the hunters were sitting on the beach. Zoe was carrying Percy and he wasn’t moving. She looked devastated and the hunters immediately knew what had happened. Percy was dead.
They jumped up from their spots and hurried down to Zoe. Zoe collapsed upon the sand, Percy falling from her grip, limp.
“Oh gods…” Laura whispered, not believing her eyes. “I can’t believe it,”
Zoe burst out crying, throwing herself onto the ground. “He can’t be gone! He just can’t!”
During the commotion no one noticed that the said person was sitting next looking very amused.
“Lovely acting Zoe. Why didn’t you enter the theatre business?” All head snapped around. He just couldn’t help himself and he barked out aloud.
“GET HIM!” was heard all through the group. Percy’s eyes widened as he sprinted towards the woods, getting chased by a group of blood thirsty hunters, and leaving behind a cackling Zoe.
PERCY’S P.O.V.
That was probably one of the stupidest pranks I have ever pulled and now I will pay dearly for that. Note of advice, getting chased and murdered by hunters is not a fun thing.
“Look I’m sorry, can we just let it go?” I shouted back at them as I continued running.
“You complete and utter idiot, stop running away, it will only make the end result worse!” Clara shouted from behind. I winced, she was right. Slowly I stopped and bowed my head to show respect.
Finally the hunters all caught up with me and I looked at them warily.
“You are in big trouble mister. First we had to rescue your from those IMBECILES and you were already ALMOST DEAD, and THEN you decide it is a wonderful idea to pretend you are dead, AND NOW YOU WILL PAY THE CONSEQUENCES!” Laura shouted at me. My eyes widened. This couldn’t be good.
“STACKS ON ALPHA!” They yelled and I became a wolf sandwich.
Lesson learnt.
Sorry about that. I was in a wierd mood today and i felt like shocking people so that's just what I did. I will write an actual chapter soon and i'm sorry if I caused any heart attacks by spring a fake percy death upon you. I will try not do if again!!! *Innocent face*
