CHAPTER 3

LEO'S POV

"Did you like your new room honey?"

"I loved it."

I turned to my left and smiled at my step mom to which she responded with a much bigger smile. I looked around the huge room and spotted the cardboard boxes with my belongings in at one of the corners.

"Thank you so much."

"Why are you thanking me? You don't need to because we are really close to becoming a one happy family."

She chuckled caressing my cheek and I gulped nodding at her.

"Yeah-"

I cut my sentence off not knowing what to call her because it's still sounds kind of weird to call her mom.

"I understand it dear and you don't need to force yourself to call me mom. I'll wait for that."

She pulled me in for a hug and I hugged her back slowly feeling the warmth radiating off her. She broke the hug after a few minutes and pecked my forehead lovingly.

"You need any help in unpacking your stuff? I can help or I will call your siblings."

"No it's okay I can manage, thank you."

"Okay then, I'll go help your dad."

I nodded and she walked out of the room which is now mine starting from today. I closed the door placing my backpack on the carpeted floor and went towards the cardboard boxes.

I have siblings now. I chuckled to myself feeling the happiness filling up my system just at the thought of having siblings. I've been always alone as I was the only child in my house and felt lonely but not anymore.

After an hour of unpacking and setting my things in the room, I sat on the bed feeling tired. I looked at the empty cardboard boxes and stood up walking towards them. I folded them neatly and walked out of my room searching for someone who could show me the way to the store room.

"Leo."

I turned around and saw Christina walking towards me with a guy beside her. I smiled at her motioning towards my hands and she took the hint quickly.

"Come with me."

I followed her as she walked in the front along with the guy who I assume is her friend or boyfriend. We walked downstairs and entered the hallway behind the stairs. We continued walking towards the end of the hallway.

"This is the store room."

She opened the door and I entered in placing the folded cardboard boxes against the wall. I dusted my hands and walked out shutting the door behind me.

"Lucas meet my step brother, Leo and Leo he's my boyfriend, Lucas!"

Lucas extended his hand out and we both shook our hands firmly.

"Nice to meet you."

"Likewise."

I mumbled glancing at Christina who stood beside him with her hands crossed against her chest and a smile on her face.

"I and Henley called a few of our close friends and our partners so that we could introduce them to you and your dad. I mean it's nothing big but they come over frequently so thought that it would be good idea as you can get familiar with them."

She spoke as we walked back towards the living room.

"Oh I see."

ROME'S POV

"Yeah mom suggested on calling our best friends and partners to I and Christina so I called you and Grace while she called Lucas and Jasmine."

"Uh.. I don't think it's needed- I mean why? It's not like we are important anyways. Grace and Lucas might be because they are your lovers and potential life partners but-"
