Caught my eyes - HikaruxOC

Normal POV
It was weekend and weekend mean no school. Jaewon was the type to stay in and study rather than went out and have fun.

But for some reasons she decided to go out today. Jaewon woke up early just like weekday, doing her morning routine and had some light breakfast before grabbing her jacket and locked her door and went out.

Her first destination was the park, she went there for a jog. After a while, she sat on one of the bench and enjoy the spring breeze.

Looking around the park, the scenery kinda made her sentimental. She saw families having picnic, some kids were playing, people are walking around for exercise or just bring their dog out for a walk. And then there were couples here and there.

*Aigooo~ what an eye sore.*

Jaewon thought but deep inside she wish she could have those times with someone too.

Growing up alone was a challenge but yeah she survived till now.
After her sentiment time, Jaewon decided to leave for a bookstore. She was craving for some new books.

Arriving at the book store, it was quiet just like how she always like it. She walked around and reading some interest books. While she was focus on the book, a soft giggle interrupted her.

Jaewon was looking around to find the source of the sound before she stopped at one corner where she saw a girl with high pigtail sitting on the floor while reading some manga book.

Her back was lean on the shelf as she seems to enjoy the manga so much. The unknown girl giggle to herself as the scene from the manga is too soft for her heart.

Without notice, Jaewon stood there and stare at the girl from the side. *thump thump*

Jaewon felt her hearts beat fast and her stomach seem to have a party.

"There you are, Hikaru! Let's go. I'm ready."

Jaewon woke up from her daydream and found a blonde hair girl walked to stand beside the girl. Jaewon hide a bit near the shelf.

*So your name is Hikaru? But what is this feeling?* Jaewon thought to herself and raise her hand to feel her heart.

"Ok, I'll just put this back and we're ready to go."

Jaewon heard the Hikaru girl replied to her friend. Footsteps faded away as Jaewon peeked and saw both girls were walking out of the bookstore already.

After leaving the bookstore, Jaewon went to have some supper before going back home.

She went to her favorite ramen shop and order her usual. As she was eating she heard a familiar voice.

There it goes, Hikaru together with Hiyyih were sitting a table away from Jaewon.

Jaewon finish her ramen and stare at Hikaru lovingly. She saw the girl was having fun with her friend, laughing with the joke her friend was telling.

In that moment Jaewon knew, she fell in love with the girl from the bookstore.

She took out her phone and secretly take some photos of Hikaru.

*If we were meant to be we'll meet again.*

Jaewon whispered to herself before went to the counter and pay. She glance back and admire Hikaru from the glass window one last time before walking away with a smile.

"Someone already paid for your meal." The lady at the counter told Hikaru and Hiyyih as both of them leave the shop with question mark in their head.
