Third POV

A bucket of black ink spilled out onto the floor as Blue stared down at it, waiting patiently with a serious look on his face. "You ... sure this calls him?" Stretch questioned himself, watching as the puddle of black ink grew slowly as time passed by.

"That's What Ink Said." Blue responded with a shrug, his voice lowered, not completely quiet but quiet for him. He was in his serious mode, not common but not rare to see either. He is a royal guard apprentice afterall not to mention an older brother.

It didn't take much longer till a figure rose from the puddle of ink, the thick liquid slid off the figure revealing a skeleton with brown and white clothing along with a shoulder strap decorated in colorful vials. They opened up their eye sockets, revealing different color pinpricks which changed shapes and colors whenever he blinks.

A smile spread across the skeletons face, "Heyyy Blue! How's it going my friend?" He spoke in an excitable voice, placing his hands on his hips as he continued to step in the black ink.

"There's Trouble Ink." Blue spoke in his serious tone, causing Ink's smile to rest into a frown as one of his pinpricks turned into a yellow question mark as he raised a brow. "Nightmare's Gang Has Returned To The Board." Blue continued earning a groan from the artistic skeleton.

"When do they just give up!? Haven't they learned from the last time we kicked their butts?" Ink spoke in an annoyed tone, his eye sockets narrowing as he crossed his arms. "They are like pests." He grumbled under his breath as he clicked his tongue. For once he just wants to relax in the doodle sphere where the only being he has to worry about touching his beloved stories is Error, who has been quite silent recently. He guessed this was why, no doubt the destructor was in on whatever scheme they just pulled.

"They took a human this time." Stretch stated, lighting up a cigarette, inhaling the smoke before breathing it up into the air. Ink's pinprick turned from a question mark to an explanation point as he looked at Stretch with curiosity and interest.

"A human?" Ink questioned, wondering if he heard right, as he took a step out of the ink puddle.

Stretch gave a little nod, about to continue till his brother stepped in, "She Came From Horror's World. Or At Least That Is What She Described. Nightmare And His Gang Kidnapped Her." Blue informed Ink as a grin spread across his features.

"Interesting." He spoke under his breath before a bright smile covered his features. "Worry not Blue! I will find your lost friend and we will get her back together!" Ink spoke with confidence as he placed his hands back on his hips.

"REALLY! LET'S GET STARTED NOW!" Blue exclaimed with a bright smile while Stretch's eye sockets narrowed picking up Ink's sudden change in mood. Why would he of all people care about one person, sure they may be a glitch and Ink is obsessed with glitches however, he has never gone so far as to rescue them. He much rather just find them before Error then go through all this trouble.

Stretch let out a sigh, he shouldn't be complaining all too much. If it means getting the kid back that's all that matters. Besides, Stretch glances at his brother who had an unreadable expression on his features as Ink has his back turned rambling on about a "plan", he doesn't doubt his brother picked up sudden Ink's behavior on the matter.

(Y/N)'s POV

I woke up with a blurry vision as I let out a groan as I sat up, bringing my hand up to my head as it began to pound. I heard the jingling of metal, feeling something cold on my wrists, looking down to see metal cuffs along with a chain extended out to either side of the room. I looked around, noticing I was in a bed that had a dark blue color to it with small dots sparkling like stars.

Around the entire room, dark grey stone walls could be seen with a bookshelf and a desk which was covered in books beside a door which led to a connected bathroom. Each of the features of the room being a dark blue, black, or silver. I slid off the bed, reaching up to my neck hoping to feel scales only to find nothing but air. "Jack?" I looked around calmly, wandering if he slithered under the covers or was exploring the room to find a dark place to hide under.

I then felt my heart drop as sadness took over my features, my shoulders drooping as I sat back on the bed letting out a small sigh, letting my hair hang on either side of my face as a tear ran down my cheeks. The only thing that I could think of was that the other skeletons hurt him ... maybe killed him. "I'm sorry ... I failed to protect you." I mumbled out before shaking my head sniffling lightly.

"No, there is still a chance." I whispered to myself, thinking he might've just fell, remaining in the swap's world.

I shot my head up hearing the door unlock, looking over watching the door swing open seeing Horror step with a tray of food in his hands, bumping his elbow against the door closing it. "Hey kid." He spoke, gesturing to the tray with a nod, "Brought ya food."

"I'm not hungry." I spoke quickly, shooting him a glare as I remained on the bed, not making a single move.

Horror let out a sigh as he placed the tray down on the desk before walking over to me before sitting down next to me, making me bounce slightly, the bed letting out a little creak. He then pulled something out of his pocket before handing it over to me. I look down in surprise to see Jack, wrapping around Horror's arm before looking up at me flicking his tongue. "Jack!" I exclaimed in joy as I held out my own arm to which he didn't hesitate to slither over, making his way to my neck.

"I took him off ya before the others could notice." Horror explained as he watched Jack curl around my neck before laying his head down letting out a sigh. "I remembered how protective he is of ya, don't think he would've survived if he stayed on ya neck." He continued as I smiled softly stroking his scales.

"Thank you." I spoke in a soft tone before my stare hardened, "By why take me?" I questioned as I looked right into his single red eye, continuing to stroke his scales.

Horror rubbed the back of his neck letting out a sigh, "I'm sorry kid this is my fault. I called on Nightmare awhile back in order to get you some decent food so you could recover." His hand fell to his side, "Guess he grew curious about ya and went to Error..." He trailed off, seeming to be holding something back. "That's where things went down from there. I had no idea this would all happen." Horror spoke with guilt as he began to play with his phalanges.

"Horror." I noticed a little flinch when I called him this, guess cause he was used to me calling him Sans. "Why. am. I. Here?" I spoke, my voice growing more stern.

"You are a trap for our enemies, the Star Sanses we call them." Horror started as I nodded for him to continue. "Ink, Blue, and Dream, Nightmare's brother. They sent you to the swap world to gain Blue's friendship and trust, the most gullible of the three in my opinion, before we set out to "kidnap" you." He spoke using air quotations as he said the word, "kidnap", his tone revealing the clear distaste he has for this plan.

"So ... once they come. I can be set free and return home?" I questioned, looking down at the ground before back up at Horror. "To see my sister again, to return back to normal."

"I believe that is how it's going to go, yes." Horror answered with a small nod.

I then nodded as well, "Alright then, waiting it is."
