That afternoon was officially the worst ever known to mankind. After the "incident" they had all gone off annoyed with very soggy pants and socks and, quite frankly, everything piece of clothing they owned. The teacher called off school early because of what had happened so everyone went home. Everyone except for Jack. This was good for him as it gave him time to Josh around and find all the information he could about the two disappearances but he had to also make sure he was not seen!

Jack waited in a small corner of the playground for around 5 minutes to make sure it was safe for him to go out into the open. To his surprise, the playground was completely deserted! Now I know what you're thinking, you think that everybody has disappeared just like Lola and Lily. No. It just meant that they had all gone home already instead of hanging around at the school gates waiting for each other and instead they had left for home already. As Jack wandered stealthily back into school, he suddenly noticed a rustle in the bushes behind him! Jack's heart was in his mouth as he watched frozen still at what was to come out of the bush . . . a squirrel. Phew!

Once inside, he showered the place for any clues. Fumbling in his pocket, he whipped out his paper and pen. It was idea time. So, where could Jack find any clues as to what was going on? Think Jack think. He'd got it. Lola and Lily both got school lunches so it would obviously be easy to find out some proof from the history on the dinner ladies school computer. That was only accessible in the cafeteria in the lunch hall.

It was now or never, this was his chance. He crept out of his hiding place in the pupil's bathroom and went to the cafeteria keeping close to the walls in case of any teachers walking by. It was 4:30 now and all the children had left school already so the teachers would be highly suspicious if they spotted him. After a risky journey, Jack finally arrived in the hall and crept over to where the pc was kept. Yes. They had left it open. He couldn't believe his luck as he filed through many different menus to get to the order history.

He tried searching up Lola but because of yesterday all of her details were already wiped away. Then she searched for Lily and found 1 order from her from the day before. Jack clicked on it and the test appeared: redirecting to Skype call. A small dark figure, the same one she had seen in the office, appeared on the screen and said,

"I know who you are Jack. Stop snooping in other people's business. Stay out of this, it's grown-up stuff."

" How is it grown-up stuff if you're taking all my friends away. Now I'm sorry if this is rude but if you're taking all of my friends away I have a small feeling that that concerns me. "

"Enough of the sarcasm boy, I'm telling you this now; if you get your grubby little hands involved in this you will get hurt. If you stay away you won't!"

Just like that, the mysterious man ended the call. Jack only knew one thing: he wasn't leaving this now. It had got too serious for that. Unsurprisingly, all of Lily's data had gone too. It was up to Jack now to solve it!

*yay, I finally released a chapter. Sorry for the wait. Hope you enjoyed it!*
