Where to now? Jack had been all fixed on the moment and suddenly realised he had no idea what he was going to do now. Sitting in a quiet area in the corner of the playground, he reviewed some of his options. Number 1: He could try to find out some more about Lily's disappearance on the school computer with the ridiculous password. Number 2: He could try and find the man he had seen yesterday ( that sounded promising but he had to find out where on earth he was which also meant finding out who he was also meaning it would be the end of the case but he didn't have much evidence on the who or where.) Or number 3: He goes around blurting out to everyone about this situation of his and hoping that somebody comes to their senses.
Well, if he did do number one then this definitely would be groundhog day. With a pencil and a notebook, he wrote down all the possible things that he could do before crossing them all out. This was completely pointless. He would have to track down the mastermind behind all of this. How he was to do it? Jack did not know. Probably why everything went so badly.
After a lunch break of thinking ( and of course, eating ), he returned to class a little less weary than before. The day was slow, yes, but not as slow as it could have been. That was all until the drama of what happened in physics that afternoon. . .
At the beginning of physics, the teacher told his class that they would be doing an experiment. This was rare as the teacher did not often trust Jack's class with doing things like this but had to because it was a part of the national curriculum. We were mixing chemicals and were told many times not to mix the purple and the blue together because if they did the whole classroom would be filled with an explosion of liquid and foam. He knew something was bound to go wrong.
Everything started off fine. That was until somebody in the class did something so unpredictable that the whole class were shocked for days afterwards. If I'm being honest, it was a blast. Quite literally. One person in the class was colour blind meaning that they accidentally put what they thought was pink but what was actually purple in with the blue. That did not work well . . .
