"Merde" Hawk Moth cursed angrily as the heroes won again "You will one day win" she said and smiled at him before she had to cough, "Mayura" he called and wanted to grab her, "It's fine" she said and straightened up again. "Duusu, transform me back" she said transform back zo Nathalie. Gabriel also turned back. He fell dejected to the ground. Nathalie was scared, he had only sunk so low after losing Emilie. "Why do I always fail, Nathalie?" he asked her without looking up. "Sir..." she began "Should I give up?" He sadly interrupted her "I'm risking your life, Nathalie and I still fail..." she knelt down to him and hugged him "Sir, you haven't been able to be stopped until now..." she said and gently stroked his head "... And it was my choice to help you, as I told you before, I will do anything for you." It was an inner conflict for her, she wanted this family to be fine and Emilie to live again, but on the other side she didn't want her to wake up again, she wanted to be Mayura, she wanted to stand by Gabriel's side and that he let his wife go, but maybe he still wouldn't get over her death and it would make things worse or he would fail over and over again in trying to save Emilie. She knew it would be wrong to influence him because it is also a conflict of interest for her. "I can't tell you what's right or wrong, Gabriel. But no matter what you decide, I'll stand by you," Nathalie said and didn't show anything. "Thank you, Nathalie. For everything..." he sighed gratefully and sadly at the same time. Nathalie enjoyed this moment, butterflies flew around her and a falling beam of light faintly brightened the room. She was so close to Gabriel, she smelled his perfume and stroked his soft hair. After some time Gabriel decided got up and said "I'll keep fighting, I've come this far and I won't give up now and one day I'll finally can see Emilies laughing again." She looked up at him as he stood there determined, making her stomach tingle, "I can keep fighting at his side," she cheer herself, at least trying to be fair to Emilie and not think badly about her. Gabriel gave her his hand to help her up. She knew she was blushing now and hoped he didn't notice it in the dark room. She smiled and grabbed his hand. He pulled her up. She stood so close to his face, a few seconds too long they both looked at each other. Then she quickly pull her hand back and turned around, "I have work to do" she explain and left the room, not realizing that she wasn't the only one who blushing.

Hours had passed since they were both in the secret room and Nathalie was concentrated in her work when suddenly her cell phone lit up. She and Jean had written a lot in the last few days, she had been surprised how nice it was to entrust someone, he had asked her out for a date last night. Nathalie wanted to refuse at first, but "Is it even healthy to love someone who loves a ghost?" she had asked herself and then decided to go anyway. This afternoon at 3 p.m. at a cafe that was on the Seine. A slight smile crossed her face as she read Jean's message "You're not going to let me sit for your work, are you?" she responded with a "Of course not" and went back to her work.
