I forgot to tell you guys that the POVs would alternate. And here's the second chapter :) and it's a slow burn story.

It takes a day for the omega wake up. Zayn and Harry are the ones in the room when he does.

“I hope he doesn’t freak out” Harry says when they both notice the omega stirring.

“Me too” Zayn agrees.

This omega is wearing Harry’s cloths and it does fit him. His hair is messed up on his head, skin pink because of creases from the pillow and eyes slightly swollen. He looks like he got tired from excessive sleeping. The omega’s eyes open slowly, frowning when he takes in the surrounding. His eyes flick around confusedly before they find Zayn and Harry.

Harry probably gives him a smile, but Zayn just stares. Not in a creepy way, he hopes. And the omega stares back.

“Welcome back, I guess?” Harry chuckles nervously. And the omega just blinks.

“How long have I been out?” He questions, still staring. His voice is too deep and raspy from sleeping.

“A day” Harry answers “How are you feeling?”

And he's doctor, so he goes ahead to check the omega's heart rate and eyes for something Zayn can't understand.

“Not really good” the omega admits as he sits up slowly.

“Oh” Harry blinks “I hope you feel better soon”

“How did I end up here?” The omega questions next. Zayn has a feeling that he’s the one supposed to be asking endless questions, not the omega. But he remains silent, watching the omega closely.

“Well, you fainted” Harry tells him, at which the omega grimaces. “So we bought you here”

“We?”

“I and him” Harry hooks a thumb towards Zayn and the omega glances at Zayn.

“How exactly did you guys bring me here?” The omega asks slowly and Zayn sighs.

“I carried you, if that’s what you are wondering” He tells him “And now, if you don’t mind, can you tell us who you are?”

The omega narrows his eyes “Who are you?”

“Zayn” Zayn answers “You?”

“Liam” the omega answers silently. “You are the pack leader?”

Zayn hums. “Hmm-mm. What were you doing alone in the woods?”

“None of your business”

“It is” Zayn sets his elbows on his knees and stares straight into Liam’s eyes. “It was my territory”

“I didn’t know that”

“Now you know” Zayn cocks his head to a side. “Tell me, Liam. What were you doing in my territory?”

“I was just passing by?”

“Without even any bags? Any belongings?”

Liam opens his mouth and closes it, pursing his lips later. “I’m sorry I trespassed on your territory”

“Look, that’s not the point” Zayn says “We are trying to help you. Is everything okay?”

“It is” Liam says easily. Too easily.

“Where do you have to go now?” Zayn asks and Liam turns thoughtful. He thinks for few minutes actually, his face flashing different emotions as he thinks. And he looks from Harry to Zayn like he’s trying to judge something real quick, like he’s making a huge decision in seconds.
