Dance With You

Wearing a red long-sleeve dress with pearls on every edges, I can't help but to stare at myself on the big mirror.

It really fits me. This is all Lexus' doing,  he wasn't really lying when he told me that he knew my body size.

The maid help me to prepare for the celebration, they tied my hair into pony tail with black hair tie because I requested it. I don't want my hair to steal the show even though Lexus has an unusual color of hair too, but I think the people here already used to it but not on mine.

They put a small amount of make-up on my face. I can't  help my curiosity when it comes to beauty things. Ni minsan ay hindi ko pa naranasang magsuot ng ganito ka eleganteng damit. Siguro noon, sa una kong buhay.

Sometimes I just found myself laughing because of what I believe when I fell in love with Lexus. I am now acting like a Queen of him even though there is no assurance.

Yes, he can calm my gift, but that doesn't make everything clear. Who knows, maybe he used some spell to counter it.

But who am I for him to give efforts. Who am I for him to find a spell that can cancel my gift if I am not his Queen.

I was interrupted from my thought when a loud knock echoed from the door. Someone opened it and I frowned when I saw the smiling face of Lucas.

I expected Lexus to visit me before the celebration starts but maybe he's too busy. Xen said that this party is big and some noble families in the island will come to celebrate. That's why we need to dress good.

"Kapitan ordered me to be your escort, Lady Alice." Lucas said and entered even if I didn't invite him.

I just nodded at him and turned my face on the mirror for the last time. I felt contented and walk towards Lucas.

His smile didn't leave his lips and I am slightly annoyed. He motioned for me go first.

It's already night as I look on the open window and the stars outside are shinning so bright even without the moon.

Hindi pa man kami tuluyang nakakalabas at nakakalayo ng kwarto ay naramdaman kong may humawak sa dulo ng aking buhok. Napahinto ako sa paglalakad at nilingon ang lalaking nakasunod sa akin.

Taka ko siyang tinignan.

"Oh, I'm sorry, Lady Alice. Your hair is beautiful and I can't stop myself from touching it." aniya.

"You're weird..." I murmured that made him laughed.

"I ordered you to fetch my Queen and not flirt with her, General!" I was stunned when the loud voice of Lexus echoed on the hallway.

Napatingin ako sa kanya na ngayo'y seryoso ang mukha. He looks dashing in his black suit yet his aura screams danger while eyeing Lucas.

Lumapit siya sa amin at walang pasabing inilayo ako sa General na ngayo'y may mapang-asar na ngisi sa labi.

"I am not flirting with your Queen, Kapitan." natatawa niyang sabi.

"Tss, you better not or I'll throw you away on the ocean." banta sa kanya ni Lexus at napailing lamang siya.

Lexus faced me and his emotion softened. I smiled on him and I saw how his eyes filled with amusement as he roamed my body.

"I told you, I know your size." he said.
