The Imperials, Mistress, and Ritual

"Napakaswerte mo, Alice. Kahit na sinumpa ka ay marami pa rin ang nagmamahal sa'yo." Liana murmured.

Hindi ako mapakali dahil hinahanap ng aking mga mata si Lexus. May narinig akong banggaan ng espada sa unahan ngunit hindi ko makita dahil namatay na ang ibang mga lampara.

May mga pagsabog sa labas at mga nagsisigawan. This place is in chaos and that is because of Anlia, or should I say Liana— the goddess of nothingness.

"Stop this, please Liana..." I begged just to save my man but she just laughed at me.

"You're still so weak, Alice." panunuya niya, "Look what your mother did, look how she sacrificed herself for you and your father even though you are a curse that gave her a worst death!"

Liana pointed the broken amulet in front of us and something happened that I did not expected. There's an unbroken part of the amulet and it showed a scene where there was my father and my mother who were battling against the hundreds of orcs, attacking our land.

My parents were great warriors, especially my father. They managed to take down the orcs.

Another scene was shown by the amulet. This time, it was my mother who was kneeling in front of a beautiful woman. Tears are flowing down her cheeks and I can feel sadness while watching her.

"I begged you, Goddess Melinia. Fulfill my wish, intact my memories in this amulet. This is for my family, please." My mother cried while holding the yellow amulet who's now showing us what happened after I leave the East.

The goddess was just looking at her plainly. But then nodded and that's when I saw happiness crossed my mother's face.

Next scene was shown. It was my father, he's holding a sword and pointing it to a woman. A woman whose face is blur but her aura screams darkness.

Behind my father is my mother who looks so terrified of the another woman's presence.

"I warned you already, Alexandrino. Do not fall in love to another woman unless it was me. But look at what you did, you married this rag like bitch from the East! Now, feel my wrath for your whole land will suffer my broken heart's sorrow!"  the woman with dark aura exclaimed.

"Sinabi ko na sa iyo, Delia, hindi kita mahal. Hinding-hindi ako magmamahal ng diyosang maitim ang budhi!" My father exclaimed.

"Then feel the pain you have caused me."

"In the core of the darkness, I darkly cursed the first born child of El Fardiel. The child will live in darkness for she will kill. Everyone will call it a gift for it is a curse." Galit na sigaw ng babae bago maglaho sa kadiliman.

That's when I realize that it was me, the child she cursed. She is the goddess of darkness—Delia.

Parang nagkaroon ng linaw ang lahat sa isip ko. Kung bakit ako pinaalis ng aking mga magulang noong may mga usok nang lumalabas sa aking mga kamay. Naalala ko pa noon sa tuwing tinatanong ko siya kung bakit nangyayari sa akin iyon, ang tanging sagot niya lang ay isa itong regalo mula sa diyosa ngunit ang mga luha niya'y tumutulo habang bumibitaw ng mga salita.

"Why are you crying now, Alice? Your life isn't that special so might as will, give it to me and you will be free from the darkness inside you."

Hearing Liana's voice made me back to my reverie. The scenarios the amulet was showing is already gone but the unbroken part of it is still on the floor and glowing. Nakalahati ko na ang bakal sa pagtunaw at ilang rehas na lang ay makakalabas na ako.
