Enjoy!

The Doctor pushed and pulled all sorts of levers and buttons on the console. A grin spread across his face as the Tardis thumped, the whooshing brakes stopping.

Clara looked at him excitedly. "Where are we?"

He opened the Tardis doors and gestured outside. "M'lady," he said jokingly, sweeping his arm dramatically.

"Shut up." She pushed him gently, then walked out of the Tardis, flattening her short skirt.

A gasp. "Doctor!" She turned to him, a smile on her face. "How'd you know I've always wanted to go somewhere intergalactic and gorgeous like this?"

He smiled knowingly but didn't answer. "This planet is called Agrazih. Made purely of silver, nicknamed the Planet of Love, three suns, population 69.8 million."

Clara bounced up and down on the balls of her feet, then registered exactly what he said. "Why the Planet of Love?"

"People come here for proposals and dates usually. It's like a space-Paris."

"Why'd you pick here?" she asked suspiciously.

"I thought you like it. Don't you?"

"Of course! Thank you!" She kissed his cheek and the Doctor blushed.

"C'mon," he said, and left the Tardis, Clara clinging tightly to his hand.

Not because she was scared, though.

Because she loved him.

He was her best friend, but in her heart, he was more than that. He was her love.

She'd never tell him that, though. Itd be so embarrassing!

Her secrets were locked away, hidden and buried deep in her heart in a golden casket, whose key she had mentally tossed into a garbage can in 1920s New York. She'd never find it, and she never hoped to.

Because if her precious casket was unlocked, her secrets would come spilling out of her in torrents.

Clara shivered internally- if those secrets got out... Her love for the last Gallifreyean, the silent tears every night for her mother, and her biggest secret of all- the countdown to her death.

It was for the Doctor, to save him. Those little- okay, big- metal men-- cyber men! They'd said they would delete the Doctor. Then the leader said if Clara drank the poison, her love would live.

50 days from that moment.

1 day left, currently, for Clara to live.

She kept her secrets well-hidden-- after all, they were secrets.

Terrible, miserable, horrific secrets.

Never to be revealed.

The secrets of Clara Oswald.
