The Doctor opened the Tardis doors. "Idlopius! Fabulous planet, really beautiful, absolutely gorgeous!" Like you, he thought as he grinned at his companion, Clara.
Clara smiled as she stepped outside. "Wow..." her eyes were dazzled by the brilliant, colorful flowers surrounding her.
The Doctor bounced up and down on the balls of his feet. "Isn't it lovely?" he said excitedly.
Clara nodded. "I've never seen anything so beautiful!" Like you, Clara thought.
She remembered her first time meeting the Doctor- him in those ridiculous monk clothes, asking her to repeat the question: 'Doctor who?'
She remembered every detail of his face, every word he'd ever spoken, every smile he'd ever bestowed upon her.
The Doctor took Clara's hand and sat her down next to him on the luscious grass, pulling out a picnic blanket and placing it on the ground. Then he pulled some food out of his basket and put it all on the blanket, placing some napkins next to the food.
Clara squealed. "Oh Doctor, you didn't have to!"
He laughed. "But I wanted to."
She hugged him tightly. "Aww thanks Doctor. It's so sweet."
He blushed and brought out the plates and handed Clara one, and she picked up a cold sausage and took a dainty bite out of it. "Mmmmm... the Tardis certainly has one strong point."
"Oi! My Tardis does much better things than simply cooking! How do you think we got here?" he said, offended.
Clara giggled. "I'm just kidding! Well, sort of kidding..."
He glared at her.
"I'm just joking! Really!"
She reached around him to pick up another sausage, but she lost her balance and her body fell on top of his.
Their lips were inches from each others, their noses barely touching, their eyes widened with surprise.
Clara had the sudden urge to kiss his lips, press her mouth to his, feel his skin against hers...
So she 'accidentally' acted upon that impulse and crashes her lips into his.
Surprisingly, he simply kissed her back, their arms slipped around the others body, the Doctor's fingers entangled in her silky hair, his other hand wrapped around her slim waist.
Clara slid her arms around his neck, pushing her lips closer to his, if that was even possible. Without removing her lips from his, she whispered four words against his lips: "I love you, Doctor."
He responded by pulling away and studying her face, taking in every feature that he already had memorized. "Clara Oswin Oswald-"
"Just Clara Oswald!" she reminded him, giggling.
He rolled his eyes and started over. "Clara Oswald, I love you, too."
Her eyes clouded over with happy tears. "I never thought..." She sniffled, her tears slipping out of her eyes.
He pulled her into another hug. "My Clara. I've always wanted someone like you. And here I am. So stop crying. I love you. You love me. What else is there to this?"
She nodded. "Sorry... I just thought a human never had a chance with a Time Lord..."
"Shut up, Clara. Just remember that no matter what happens, my love for you is eternal, and I want you by my side every second of every day of every year of my lifetime."
Clara sniffed again and kissed him again. Finally. She finally had him.
And he was all hers, wasn't he?
She was all to him, he was all to her.
Always.
She would always want someone like him.
No.
She didn't want someone like him. She wanted him.
No one else.
Just her Doctor. Always him.
She loved him and would live him for all eternity.
