Zoe's POV

I have skipped the last three days of school because i couldnt stand facing Luke. Mandi, Ash, Cal, and Mikey always come over to check in on me and Shane has skipped the last three days also to be with me. It was Thursday and i decided that i would go to school today. 

"Zoey it's time to wake up..." Shane said shaking me awake. I slowly opened my eyes and stretched out. "Remeber you dont have to go if you dont want to." He reminded me. My mom had called the school and told them i wasn't gonna be there the whole week but i really just wanted to get out of the house. 

"No i'm going." I told him. I wanted to show Luke that i still cared so i put on the dress he had bought me at hot topic. I curled my hair and did a winged eyeliner. For jewelry i put on a choker necklace he got me before sliding on my black wedges. I grabbed a purse and put my stuff in there. 

"Ready?" Shane asked as i walked down the stairs. 

"As ready as i'll ever be..." I told him. 

"You look beautiful honey." My dad said as he walked out of the kitchen with my mom. 

"Thanks dad." I said giving him a hug. My mom smiled and kissed my forehead before Shane and i headed off.

~At school~

I applied some red lipstick before getting out of Shanes car. When i climbed out everyone was staring at me. Shane walked over to me and grabbed my hand. 

"You can do this Zoey." He whispered. I took a deep breath before walking in the school. 

"Zoey!!" I heard from behind me. I turned around and saw Beau running towards me. "Hey Beau." I said giving him a hug. 

"I'm so glad youre back!! I missed you!!" He said. 

"I missed you too bub! Where's Luke and Jai?" I asked him. 

"Doctor's appointment." He replied. I nodded my head before waving bye and heading off towards my locker. I stopped dead in my tracks when i saw Luke and Becca making out at his locker. I felt my heart literally sink. 

"Take me back home." I said. 

"Oh Zoey! Youre back." Becca said when she noticed me and Shane. I held onto Shane's hand tighter so that i wouldnt cry. I dont want her to see me cry. 

"I was just leaving actually." I said turning around. 

"Wait Zoey please dont go. I miss seeing you." Luke said. 

"Oh is that so!! You obviously dont see much if youve been tongue wrestling with this dumb bitch!" I snapped. 

"Hey watch your mouth!" A teacher said as she walked by. 

"Kiss my ass bitch!" I yelled at her. 

"Principles office NOW!" She yelled. "FUCK THAT! I'M GOING HOME!" I screamed. I quickly took off my heels and darted down the hall. 

"ZOEY PLEASE WAIT!" I heard Luke yell behind me. I ignored him and ran out the front doors of the school. I didnt feel like waiting for Shane so i just ran down the street towards my house. I was about 5 minutes from my house when i stepped on a rock. I fell to the ground and just sat on the side of the road and cried some more. 

I cant believe Luke would do this to me. I broke up with him to help him build a relationship with his mom and i wanted to get back with him but no he just has to go get with the one girl i hate most. I heard a car pull up by me and i looked up. It was Luke's mom. 

"Zoey? Are you ok?" She asked climbing out of her car. I stood up and dusted off my dress. 

"No not really. I've been staying home for the past three days so that I didnt have to be around Luke and i went back to school today and saw him making out with my ex-bestfriend Becca." I told her. She had a disgusted look on her face. 

"Becca?! I told him he isnt allowed to date her!" She growled. 

"You dont agree with any of the people Luke decides to date do you?" I laughed and she joined me. 

"Listen i'm sorry about everything... I'd rather Luke date you then Becca." She said. 

"Thanks Liz..." I said with a small smile. 

"Would you like me to take you back to school?" She asked me. 

"No thanks... I cussed out a teacher so i dont think that's a good idea. Could you take me to my house instead?" I asked her. 

"Yea sure." She responded. I thanked her and climbed into her car before she drove off. "Do you mind if we stop by my house? Luke's father likes you so i'm sure he'd be happy to see you." Liz asked. Andrew always thought me and Luke were perfect and he was always on our side which would really frustrate Liz. 

"Yea thats fine with me!" I told her with a smile. She turned onto their street and parked in the driveway. We both climbed out of the car and walked to the front door. 

"Honey Zoey is here!" Liz shouted when we walked in. Andrew walked into the living room where me and Liz were sitting. 

"Zoey!" Andrew exclaimed. I got up and gave him a hug. 

"Hi Andrew! How was your trip?" I asked him as he sat across from me with Liz. 

"It was AMAZING!" He said with a smile. 

"That's great!" I said returning the smile. 

"You look very beautiful!" He said admiring my outfit. 

"Oh uh thanks... Luke bought me this dress." I said with a frown. He frowned and came to sit next to me. He placed his arm on my shoulder and gave me a sympathetic smile. 

"I'm sorry love.... I heard what happened between you and Luke." He said. I just nodded my head. 

"You look really tired." Liz said giving me a concerned look. 

"Yea ive only gotten like 8 total hours of sleep in the last 3 days." I told them with a yawn. 

"Oh that's terrible. Go on upstairs and take a nap sweety." Liz said. 

"Are you sure?" I asked. I really didnt want to seem needy. 

"Yea of course. I feel like this is all my fault for making you and Luke break up." Liz said with a guilty frown. I nodded my head and thanked them before walking upstairs. I went into Lukes room and grabbed a pair of his sweats and a t-shirt. I quickly changed and then climbed into his bed and quickly drifted off to sleep.
