I woke up around 11:30 and honestly had no interest in getting out of bed. I looked to my side and saw Ashton still fast asleep. I smiled at the sight of him lightly snoring. My phone started buzzing snapping me out of my thoughts and I quickly grabbed it. Calum was calling.
Phone Call
Z: Hey Cal what's up?
C: Hey Zoey. I'm here with Luke and we have talked it over and we both agree that him and Ashton should talk things out. Soo... I was thinking that while they were having their little talk that me and you could go to lunch!
Z: Uh yea that sounds like a good idea. I'll talk to Ashton about it. Should we invite Michael?
C: I already asked him, he's sick.
Z: Awe poor Mikey! Ok, what time?
C: Well i'm assuming you just woke up considering you just now answered my call. So meet me at IHop at 1.
Z: Ok! I'll have Ashton drop me off. Where do you want me to tell him to go?
C: Luke! Where do you want Ashton to meet you? Luke said to meet him at the park on Adelaide St.
Z: Ok! Thanks Cal! You're a miracle worker. Love you, see ya soon!
C: Why thank you! Love you too!
End of Phone Call
"Where am I dropping you off and why are you sending me off somewhere?" Ashton asked wrapping his arms around my waist from behind.
"Well good morning to you too!" I laughed turning around to kiss him. "And you're dropping me off at IHop at 1 o'clock to have lunch with Calum and YOU are gonna go talk to Luke and work everything out." I smiled. Ashton didn't look to happy about this.
"Ha you're funny. I'm not talking to him." He said before walking out the room.
"Yes you are Ashton!" I exclaimed running after him. I followed him silently into the kitchen and sat at the counter as Ashton rummaged through the fridge.
"Give me one good reason I should." He said still looking through the fridge.
"He's your best friend. He's a huge part of both of our lives. You guys have a band. We both love him to death. He's been there for us through everything. He I-" I listed.
"I said one reason." Ashton chuckled as he poured two glasses of Orange juice. "Fine. I'll talk to him. But if this doesn't work out you cant blame me." He sighed.
"Yay! Thank you so much baby!!" I exclaimed jumping up and hugging him. He laughed a bit and hugged me back. "We have like an hour so lets go get ready." I told Ashton as I grabbed my glass and headed back upstairs.
I grabbed the bag I had packed and pulled out a sweatshirt and cameo skinny jeans. I quickly got changed and pulled my hair up into a messy ponytail before tying a bandana around my head. Ashton walked in as I was applying some makeup in the mirror hanging on the wall. After I was done getting ready I grabbed my phone and my white converse before heading back downstairs. I really hope that today doesn't crash and burn. If I lose Luke out of my life completely I don't know what I would do.
