chapter 14

I woke up cuddled next to Luke. I could hear his soft, silent snores. He looked so beautiful when he slept, he looked peaceful. I grabbed my phone so I could see how long I had left until I actually had to get up. As it came on I aw the white numbers...it read 6:59. I still had 30 minutes to stay in bed.

I unlock my phone and take a picture of Luke sleeping.I posted it on instagram, the caption read:
He is so beautiful and I have him all to myself.

I post it and then go on YouTube. I watch old vines by Nash, Cameron, Matt, Alex and all the others. Its so hard not to laugh really loud.

After so many videos I turn on my music. I plugged my head phones in and turned it up really loud. I listened to my favorite song Miles Away by Memphis May Fire featuring Kellin Quinn. About half way through the song I felt Luke's grip around my torso tighten. I took out my head phones and looked at him

"Your music is really loud ,babe, can you turn it down?" He asks not opening his eyes.

"How about I turn it off and we talk" I say

" I don't care but if you do I'm not gonna talk imma make you snuggle" he says

"Okay" I say turning off my music and snuggling close to him. I played with his hair as he fell back asleep.

My alarm went off 20 minutes later. Luke didn't move so I got close to his ear and whispered

"Wake up, we need to get out of bed" he just whispered back

" how about we stay home?"

I wait before answering

"Alright but we should go roller skating today"I say

"Okay but can we stay here for awhile though" he asks beginning to play with a strand of my hair

"Yea..... lets just hope the boys don't try to wake us up" I say  putting my face between his and the pillow.

  Not even 10 minutes later Calum comes in jumping around with the biggest smile on his face

"Ughhh!!!!!Calum do you know how to knock? better yet let people sleep?" Luke says not moving

"Oh, I'm sorry but I just wanted to tell Kat that Dessie and I are dating. " he began dancing

"What" I say

"Ow, Babe, that's my ear" Luke says

" I'm sorry" I say sitting up not looking at Luke. I look at Calum long and hard before saying

" you break her heart and I swear...I swear we will all have one less friend"

He looks at me and says

" yes mom" I smile and say

" now come here my boy" he comes over and hugs me

" oh yea, we will be going roller skating later" I say as he walks out

" okay I will tell the boys" He says closing the door.

I lay back down next to Luke and find my phone. I looked at all the comments that Luke got on his picture. They all said it was cute causing me to smile.

" I love you" Luke says putting his face in the crook of my neck

" I love you too Lucas" I reply.
