chapter 29

I wake up to see a duffle bag at the end of the bed. I look around to see Calum on the other bed on my phone. He was already dressed. He wore a dark button up shirt, black skinny jeans, a beanie and his black vans. The shirt showed off the mark I left on him which makes me have butterflies. I throw a pillow over at him and then quickly put a pillow over my head. Suddenly, I feel Calum lay on top of me.

"get off me! I cant breathe" I say.

"well take the pillow off your face" Calum says ripping the pillow out of my grasp. I begin to laugh as he hits me with the pillow.

"stop it" I say in between laughs. He throws the pillow down and smiles at me. I sit up as far as I  can and peck his lips. He leaned back down and kissed me. His hand slowly made it to my cheek where he rubbed his thumb back and forth across my face.

When we part i don't open my eyes . I just smile and fall back into my pillows. Calum got off me and went to the duffle bag. He picked out Nirvana shirt of his, jean shorts of mine, a black beanie and my converses.

" I went and got us some of our clothes and I added a few more days to our stay" he says as he sets the clothes at the end of the bed and heads to the sink and sets out all the stuff he knows I'm going to use.

"okay, where are we going?" I  ask as I sit up and stretch.

"thought that me and you should have a day together? Maybe go walk the beach, or go to the park" he says sitting next to me and wrapping his arm around my shoulders.

"That sounds nice, maybe later tonight we can maybe go out to eat to" I say grabbing his other hand and holding it in mine. Before he answered he looked at our hands and laced his fingers with mine.

"as long as I'm  with you " he says.

I finally get up and get dressed. I curled my hair but left my bangs straight. For makeup I applied foundation, a light pink eye shadow, mascara and some eyeliner to my water line like I always do. Before I leave I look in the mirror. The shirt he picked showed where he kissed me. It was dark but i didn't care. I thought it was cute.

As I walk to the bed and slide on my shoes i see Calum staring at me.

"like what you see?" I ask as I smile at him.

"Absolutely " he says biting his lip. As I finish my shoes I stand up and grab one of his hoodies.

"lets go" I say as i walk out the door.

As we approach the beach I begin to have butterflies.

" you okay?" Calum asks

"yea, why wouldn't I be?" I ask.

He smiles and shrugs. When we got to the sand I begin to walk the opposite direction of people. Calum doesn't question he just followed. We walked in silence as we listened to the crashing waves. Our hands brushed every few seconds and I would feel a jolt of electricity flow through my body. After so long of our hands brushing Calum intertwined our fingers. I looked at him and smiled as he winked at me.

"I love the beach" I tell Calum as I look at the water.

" yea?how come?" he asks.

"its just calming. The sounds of the waves, its always cooler near the water and it takes my mind off things " I say as I begin to walk us back to the car.

" that was fun" Calum says as we are driving back to the hotel.

"yea, so for dinner tonight what should I  wear?a dress or jeans? " I ask him.

" casual, we will probably go to pizza hut unless you want fancy?" he asks.

"nope! Then I'll just wear this out to eat" I say looking at my clothes.

After dinner we headed back to the hotel. As soon as we got into our room my phone wouldn't stop ringing. Luke wouldn't stop calling me.

"whats his deal" Calum asks as he pulls me into another kiss.

"I don't know...probably wants to apologize or tell me how I should be home" I say kissing him.

As we sit on the bed kissing my phone goes off. Calum picks up the phone and answers it.

"what do you want? she doesn't want to talk to you and you keep interrupting us" Calum says.

"interrupting you??? what are you doing Calum? That's my girlfriend" Luke says

" not what you think!! We try to have a decent make out session and you keep interrupting and the last I checked she said you guys were done now go have fun with Destiny" Calum says hanging up the phone. I look at him in total shock.

"what?" he ask

" whats gotten into you hood??" I ask as I move to sit in his lap.

"I don't want him talking to you,  when he treats you like he owns you I just get so mad" Calum says as he wraps his arms around my waist. I wrap legs around him and make him look up at me.

" it's okay"I say. He sits up to kiss me and we continue with our session without interruptions.
