"Where's my niece?" Jamiya asked, swirling around on the stool that sat under my marble island.

"Oh, let me inform you, little Miss Nala is such a busy body on Saturdays." I said, sipping at my glass of Moscotto California 2008. "She goes to karate in the morning and dance at in the afternoon. Then at night, she usually spends time with Sophie."

"Who's Sophie?" Miya asked

"Sophie is Abril's baby girl." Jamiya raised her eye brow. "Abril is one the twins. Her sister is Abilene. Abril is the one who was arguing with Twist at my wedding, and Abilene is the one who was all cuddled out with Justin."

"Oh! I get it!!" Jamiya said. "So will I get to see her at all today?"

"Yes, if Jacob doesn't let her spend the night at Abril's."

The WNVA season was over and Jamiya was in town for a few days. She'd spend some time here, then head over to Chicago to visit our parents. This was very rare, for Breezy never got time to relax and hang out with us.

So that Breezy feels some type of home love, I straightened up the house and made a whole dinner. Just for her greedy, yet picky self.

"So are we gonna just sit here or go do something with our lives?" Jamiya asked.

"Well, I usually work out on Saturday mornings." I started off. "But I'm pretty sure you don't want to do that."

"No, that's fine. We can work out, come back here and freshen up, then head over to Slyvia's." Breezy suggested.

I nodded my head and grabbed my keys. I walked over to the front door, Breezy followed, and I slid on my Nike workout shoes. Breezy and I stepped outside the house and I locked it up before heading over to my car.

I, of course, got in the drivers seat while Jamiya sat in the passengers seat. I turned on my radio to channel 107.5 and jammed while I drove. Jamiya looked at me like I was crazy, but soon joined in.

Moments like these are moments I have to cherish. With my sideline job, my life is always on the line, as well as my families. I've got to make every moment special because Craig, or whoever this is causing all this trauma, may take my life or one of my loved ones.

As if Jamiya could read my mind, she grabbed my right hand, in which I wasn't using to drive with, and squeezed it. Under her breath she mumbled, "it'll be okay."

I nodded my head and continued to drive. Soon, Jamiya and I were walking into LA Fitness, where I'd meet up with my trainer, who also happened to be Chresanto, aka, Roc.

Roc is the strongest guy I know. Way stronger than Jay. He's hard like a rock and that's how he got his nickname. I started off training with Rodney, but things became complicated when Rodney began questioning my need for his services.

Roc volunteered to continue my training and all I have to do let him play the drums at my open mic shows and advertise his boot camp services in my magazine.

"Sup, Naomi?" Chresanto asked.

I shrugged my shoulders and he already knew what was on my mind. Working out with Chres gives me the opportunity to reflect on everything I feel. It allows me to take out my anger without hurting those who aren't on my hit list.

Breezy stretched for a while with me, but then headed off to hit up the treadmill. Meanwhile, I was beginning my workout with Chres.
