Just rediscovered this from my past. I was one of those cringe 13 year olds and rereading this was straight up painful.
I am so glad I am much more cultured and knowledgeable now because this is just not it.

The real reason I'm posting this chapter, though, is to update you on art.
It is truly better this time, I promise.
And looking back at my old art along side my writing, it was just as bad and cringe worthy. And at the time, I wasn't as bad at drawing as I came off to be. I just had zero idea how to draw people digitally. I could draw a sick dragon on paper in middle school. Just not people lmao

Why did I think I could post this? Hood? Stiff and shaped more like a helmet. Hair? Looks like weird paint brushes. Eyes? Emo af. Body? No shape whatsoever. Those ears look so stupid and none of these colors make sense. This also looks nothing like Deku? Adding a background did not help at all lmao.

This is more what I envisioned in my head when I described his costume and stuff at first, not the monstrosity I drew before. But what was I thinking in the first place? Ears? Really? And the colors make no sense. The logic of a cringe 13 year old.
