Ruth could hear chaotic chatter from outside,she pushed herself off the wall she was leaning against and ran to the window of the room.She looked down to see a group of men all sitting inside different cars.Big guns in their hands,rifles and shotguns.
She could hear Luca shouting orders at them.
"NON MI DELUDERE!"he shouted.Ruth looked away and leaned back to the wall.She closed her eyes,falling on the ground.
He was coming
Her Tommy was coming
The door to her room slammed opened and Luca rushed in.He grabbed her by her hair but she didn't flinch.
"Look at me!!"he growled.Ruth stared in his eyes with no fear in them.Luca was about to loose and she knew it
"I told you he would come"she smirked from the corner of her lips.Luca grabbed her and pulled her face closer to him.
"He doesn't get to have you.I'll finish him and let him die in front of your eyes Ruth.I bet it would be a treat"he whispered dangerously to her face.
"You won't be able to do that Luca"
He growled in his throat removing his hand from her hair but he grabbed her throat by that hand.Ruth had a non chalant face,she didn't give him the satisfaction to see her struggle
"Well in that case,i should kill his son"
Ruth's heart dropped.Her expressions changed to shocked.She couldn't let him do that.She couldn't let him kill Charlie.
She did what she thought would work the most in this situation.Before Luca opened his mouth to speak,Ruth grabbed his neck and kissed him.
She felt him fight it back for a second but he gave in when she kissed him fully.Ruth's stomach was turning and twisting because she didn't want to kiss him but she had to fool him
She pulled away out of breath and held his chin
"Don't kill Charlie Luca and I'll be with you for life!Just give Tommy his son and then leave.Leave without hurting Tommy and I'll never question anything!"she felt her dignity,her self respect all had gone in the gutter
Her eyes started to fill with tears.She cupped his face trying to make him understand
"Just give me Charlie Luca don't kill him"Luca's face softened for a mere second before it turned to a hard gaze.He shouted something in Italian to his goon
