The train ride with the siblings has gone better than saesha expected. Once they got off the train, they quickly hailed an Ola cab to their house. Saesha kept biting her nails and Akshay couldn't stop himself before bringing her hands to him. She stares at him and he glances at parvathi, signaling she is secretly watching the couple. Saesha's eyes flickers to Parvathi, who is secretly watching them from the corner of her eyes. Meanwhile, Akshay examines her nails and presses his lips thin. When the cab halted, Akshay quickly paid for the ride and exited the car. Once they pulled out their suitcases, they started walking towards their house. Saesha was about to bring her hand towards her lips when again Akshay pulled her hand to him. Saesha was about to argue when the realization dawns on her that She should be holding hands with akshay more often now. Before neither of them could utter any word, the door to their house swings open and reveals Akshay's whole family waiting for them.
Akshay's eyes widens when he realizes the people who were standing ten feet away fromhim were not only his family but also his relatives with their kids, eagerly waiting at the front porch to see his girlfriend. He mentally facepalms at the sight of everyone and looks at Saesha, who has been eyeing them with nervousness bubbling inside her eyes.
"Vaanga, vaanga vaanga" Akshay's mother excitedly jumps from her house to greet her children. Her face softens when she looks at Saesha, who has been nervously staring at Akshay's mother.
"Amma, ithuthan Saesha-" before parvathi could complete, her mother pulls saesha into a hug and kisses her forehead. Saesha was caught off guard by his mother's sudden gestures and she smiles when his mother kisses her forehead. Seeing Akshay's mother was as if she was seeing her mother.
"Hi ma, nanthan Saesha" Saesha says, confidence etching in her voice.
"Theriyumda. Parvathi ellame sollita. Ava sonnathum enakku santhoshathula enna panrathune therila... Ayyo, na vera veilye vachi pesittu irukken. Ulla va ma" His mother, Akhila, grabs saesha's hands and pulls her to their house. Clearing of throats were heard from behind her and both Akhila and Saesha whirled their heads towards the sound. There stood the forgotten siblings with a glare plastered on their faces. Akhila chuckled before walking towards them.
"Oh, Ippothan nanga un kannuku therinchomo?" Parvathi crosses her arms against her chest and Akshay follows suit. Akhila pouts receiving a sigh from Akshay.
"Panrathayum pannitu, ipdi oru moonja vachiko" Akshay tries hard not to smile at his mother. Akhila laughs under her breath and pulls them into a hug. Saesha watches them in awe and her eyes glistens when Akshay places a tender kiss on his mother's forehead. While Parvathi possessively wraps her arm across her mother's shoulder.
"ulla Vaanga da" Akhila says before walking towards the house.

"Dei machan" A guy with curly hair pushes through the crowd and pulls Akshay into a hug. He smiles and hugs his friend back before smacking the back of his head when the curly guy whispers something in his ear. Saesha's heart races faster at the sight of him smiling. She and the siblings are now seated in front of all of Akshay's family, where they would inquire about how they met and Akshay takes the lead and lies to his family smoothly. Her heart breaks at the sight of everyone grinning at them, believing his words. A wave of guilt washes over her features and she looks away from them. Akshay studies her and places his hand on top of hers, which immediately gains Saesha's attention.
"Ma, appa enga?" Parvathi asks, worried. Akshay tenses at the mention of his father and Saesha notices it.
"Avarku engayo meeting irukkunu poitaru. Late ah varuvaru. Sari neenga la tired ah iruppinga, poi rest edunga" Akhila nervously laughs before changing the subject.
