This is after the normal timeline...

Medusa is back. And she's brainwashed Crona. I don't know how, I don't know why, but she's smarter now. She's targeting the weapons, because now she knows that a meister is nothing without a weapon.
"Soul!" I scream out as Crona kicks him away, advancing. Crona kicks him again, and Soul coughs out blood. I cry out in horror, feeling the pain through our link. I am already bloody and brused. Through the pain, I see Crona raise Ragnarok in sword form, ready to slice downward. Soul's name rips from my lips again, and adrenaline pulses in my veins. I'm going to save Soul.
Everything seems to slow down, and my only thought is to get to Soul. I have to protect my weapon, my best friend, my love. My feet barely touch the floor, and I feel pain explode along my stomach diagonally. I whisper three words to Soul. "It's my turn."

I fall to the ground, unable to move. "YOUR GOD IS HERE TO SAVE YOU! YAHOO!" I smile in relief. At least BlackStar could protect my best friend, whether I die or not. Soul crawls over to me, breathing heavily from effort. He collapses onto the ground next to me. "Baka! It's the weapon's job to protect the meister!" Anger, as well as a LOT of pain, wells up inside me. "I don't care about the rules! Nobody will control what I do! I'm not going to let the person I love die for me!" Whoops. Acidentally let that slip out. Can't... Think clearly. Because of a long... Annoying scratch. "Back at you." And I realize that he just said that my feelings for him are... mutual? With an effort, I intertwine my hand with his, curling myself up next to him. I rest my head on his chest. At a last attempt in humor, I chuckle/cough out, "Well, Kid can't complain about our stomachs being asymmetrical ever again." I feel his chest vibrate as he laughs. Soul pulls me closer to him and wraps me in his arms, then... everything goes black.
