Lucas and Raven: Original

 "It's ok Darling.....Lucas grabs my hand and pulls me away from Nathan, my now ex-boyfriend, who was now on his knees, begging me to come back to him. You see, Nathan had cheated on me with this girl in my science class.

Nathan: "Raven I'm sorry!! Please come back!! She meant nothing to me!"

Lucas walked me to his car as we heard Nathan yelling in frustration behind us. Lucas got into his car and I climbed into the front seat next to him and buckled my seatbelt. As we drove back towards my house, I stared out of my window, tears streaming down my face.

Lucas: "Rave....I'm really sorry about Nathan. He can be such an idiot sometimes...but don't worry, he won't win."

I couldn't help but smile at his words. Lucas was so sweet and calm. He's always cared for me, ever since our first day of highschool. Lucas continued to apologize for Nate until eventually, I told him that it wasn't his fault, so he stopped apologizing. Since we were at an away game, we were three hours away from home, so I ended up falling asleep. When I awoke an hour later, Lucas was humming a song while nodding his head and staring straight ahead. One hand was on the steering wheel, while the other was resting on my thigh.

Lucas: "Oh hey! Did you sleep well?"

Raven: "Y-Yeah...I guess...

Lucas: "What are you thinking about Raye? Are you ok?"

I tried my hardest not to cry, but the tears overflowed and came pouring down. Lucas gently and slowly rubbed my thigh as an act of comfort towards me. About an hour later, we pulled up in front of my house. I got out of the car and ran to the front door. Lucas followed me inside and locked the door behind him.

Raven: "Go home Lucas...I don't want to talk right now.

Lucas: "So don't talk and just kiss me!"

We both froze. By this point I was halfway up the stairs and Lucas was standing at the foot of the staircase. Had he actually just said that? Did he really want me to kiss him?

Raven: W-what?

Lucas walks up the steps towards me and gently places his hands on my waist. He pulls me close into him and looks me in the eyes. God! This boy has the most gorgeous blue eyes ever!

Lucas: "Kiss me Raven. Let me kiss you back and make it all go away. Let me make it all better!"

Lucas leaned forward into me and I leaned in as well.Our lips touched and it seemed as if everything had melted away. Lucas had the softest lips I had ever felt on my own. He was gentle with me and didn't force me into anything. His arms snaked around my waist as he deepened the kiss. I placed my hands on the back of his head and twirled my fingers in his gorgeous blond hair. We eventually pulled away from each other to breathe. Breathing heavily he said,

Lucas: "Now stop your crying Baby Girl. You have someone who loves you..and he's standing right here Baby."

I hugged Lucas as he kissed my cheek. I wanted him to stay with me. I wanted to feel his soft lips on mine again. I wanted his arms to wrap around me. I wanted his hands on my waist as he pulled me close to him as we danced to a slow song that made us both escape reality.

Raven: "Can you stay with me tonight Luke? We won't do anything...I just don't want to be alone right now."

Lucas: "Anything for you Baby Girl."

Lucas smiles at me and places a gentle kiss on my lips. He picks me up so I wrap my legs around his waist as he carries me upstairs.

Lucas: "You go ahead and change. I'll wait for you outside ok?"

He said, pointing to my bedroom door.

Raven: "Ok Handsome! I'll let you know when you can come back in."

Lucas: "Ok Love."

Lucas' POV:

I smiled at Raven before walking out of her room and closing the door. Now it was just me and my thoughts. I couldn't believe that we had kissed! I had been waiting so long to feel her soft, plump lips on mine. The way her fingers wrapped in my hair when we kissed made me feel......it made me feel like I was floating above the sky. I had fallen in love with Raven, and I wasn't sorry about it either.

Raven: "What are you thinking about Lover Boy?"

Lucas: "It's nothing Baby. How are you feeling? Are you hungry?"

Raven walked down the stairs and put her arms around me. She kissed me softly and looked me in the eyes. A small smile appeared on her face.

Raven: "I can tell when you're lying to me. What's wrong Lucas?"

I couldn't tell her what I was really thinking she would kill me, but I couldn't help it. I had to tell her. I had to tell her that I had fallen in love with her. I had to tell her that when she kissed me, she made me feel like I could overcome anything with her. I had to tell her.....just maybe not today.

Lucas: "I'm just thinking about you Baby. That's all."

Raven sighed and hugged me tightly. I didn't want to let her go but she pulled away from me and walked into the kitchen.

Raven: "Yes! I am extremely hungry right now! I'm thinking, ice cream, pizza, Sprite, popcorn and your favorite movie!"

I laughed,

Lucas: "Baby that's not healthy. But I won't say no to Pizza and Ice Cream!"

I walked into the kitchen as she grabbed the snacks,

Raven: "You order pizza and until then we watch movies!!"

I smiled at her. It made me happy to see her so cheerful. After everything Nathan had put her through, she deserved to be happy. I would deal with Nathan later, but for now...now I just want to relax with Rave. The true love of my life.
