PARIS FASHION WEEK was definitely the most talked about event in the fashion world and was definitely hectic for those involved. As a spectator, everything was calm and organised however, Mina still stress texts to me as she's getting ready. It's her third show and she's still so nervous that she was going to mess up. At the same time, Alice was texting me on her other phone telling me how excited she was to walk. She sent a selfie of herself of her makeup and then hurried off to finish getting ready.

Elias and I entered the venue hall where the Chanel Fashion Show was taking place with arms intertwined. The hall was very modern as the entire room was just white. Beautiful glass chandeliers hung from the ceiling which made it the centrepiece of the show.

"When's this thing going to finish?" Elias whispered into my ear as photographers for the event took pictures of us walking in. "Ellie's been bugging me to call her."

I nearly vomited at his nickname for her. Of course, he'd rather be with his girlfriend. "Don't know. I think Mina wanted to get drunk afterwards." Elias sighed.

We met up with Morgan and Kaito who were sitting beside each other in a deep conversation about investment strategies. Typical Kaito conversation starter.

All of us ended up accidentally matching our outfits, wearing different suits of various colours and patterns with dress shirts and turtlenecks. Something we would laugh about later however who spark unnecessary arguments with the media want to scrutinise us.

The show began with models strutting out with various outfits designed by Chanel. Alice was one of the first ones to walk out. I became tense as she strutted the catwalk. At least she wasn't looking at me. She was fitted with an all-white two-piece jacket and skirt styled with white mules. She looked very natural on the catwalk, her walk was professional and her pure facial features elevated the look the designers were aiming for.

"Damn, is that Alice Chen?" Morgan whispered to me while keeping his gaze on her as she strode with confidence down the rest of the runway before disappearing. He stared at her in awe as if she were a different person. Appearance-wise, she in fact looked completely different.

The last set of models came out with Mina being the final walker. She showcased an elegant suit fitting the elegant yet classy look, an on-brand look for Chanel. It was admittedly the best outfit put together for the night. The world was right when they described Mina's natural spotlight on the runway. She made walking in front of thousands of eyes easy whilst walking for such a prestigious designer. The girl was glowing, her aura was simply something special.

The show ended with Mina leading the rest of the models on a parade down the runway. Mina turned towards the direction of us and smiled graciously at him while walking. For a second, I made eye contact with Alice. My heart panicked for a second, I hoped she didn't recognize me and was just looking at the Goldens as a whole. I shouldn't freak out about it.

The Chanel Fashion Show was definitely buzzworthy for the media. Blog and news articles were pumping out left and right with many positive remarks mainly on Mina and some of the new faces in the fashion scene, in particular Alice Chen. Mina excitedly suggested that we hit the clubs for the night in celebration. But let's be honest, it was just another excuse to get out and drink.

We ended up hitting up one of the more 'classier nightclubs' in Paris. It became bustling once word got out that we were going to be there. Thank the lord for VIP sections and good security guards (that won't sell you out in disregard to your safety). Mina changed into a black sparkly mini dress and was already tipsy after chugging a whole soju bottle to herself in the car ride before arriving. I opted for a less skin exposed look in hopes my mother wouldn't scold me for my outfit choice but we already know she'll yell at me regardless of being here in the first place. Oh well.
