While Marc was off being educated, Sarah and Alden hung out in her room and caught up with one another.
Sarah: So what made you decide to use the COVID year?
Alden: The lack of playing time the last two years. I loved Starkville and I love Julie to pieces, but riding the pine isn't how I wanted my college career to end.
Sarah: I know Chloe is all atwitter with you. Feel the same?
Alden: Yes. Never got the chance to really tell her that before each of us departed East Carolina, but finding out she went and joined Caro tipped the scales to coming to JMU.
Sarah: I'm planning to re-wear my dress from this morning, but add a grey cardigan and some tights to protect against the cold. Give me ten minutes, then we can go to the lobby and meet up with the rest of our parties.
Alden: Don't have anything confirmed for dinner, but I think Caro was going to reach out to some of the other players on the floor. Any suggestions on where we might want to go?
Sarah: Marc and I did BD's on Sunday after getting settled, then Schmidt's on Tuesday night.
Sarah stripped out of her athletic gear and went to the bathroom to freshen up. After returning, she pulled out of her suitcase a new bra and pair of panties (both purple to match Marc's shirt) plus her tights and put them on before getting back into her dress and adding the cardigan over top of it.
Deciding that tonight wasn't really an occasion to wear the new bling she got from Marc, Sarah inserted her stud earrings and combed out her hair. Following a onceover by Alden, the two of them left the room and went downstairs to wait upon their dinner partners.

The Munciana quintet (Kelly Sheffield, Craig Skinner, and Steve, Dave, and John Shondell) along with Marc, Sarah, Lauren, Brittany, Julie, Candice, and Angel Agu went up to Polaris Fashion Place to have dinner at the Cheesecake Factory.
Kelly: Since I'm the only one of the head coaches at the table with a national championship, I'm going to open up our Meet Up and Eat Up with a discussion on 2022 scheduling. The past handful of years, we haven't played in a 3-in-2 tournament (three matches in two days) because of the crossover challenges with the ACC and Big XII to which we've been invited. I want to play in a couple this year, one at home and one some place warm and sunny. Anyone have suggestions of where to go for the second?
Craig: SEC country, as you guys haven't faced much of that competition recently. Plenty of possibilities there. Depending on the host, you could also get a second "tough" game involving one of those teams we tend to underestimate come tournament time.
Kelly: Good idea. Who do you think would be the most interested in having us come?
Dave: Tennessee, Arkansas, Georgia. The Razorbacks could use a "good loss" on their resume to prevent a repeat of this year, where South Carolina finished four games behind them in the SEC and made the show, while they had to settle for the NIVC (National Invitational Volleyball Championship). Julie, fancy having the Badgers come to you?
