The New Pokémon and New Assistant

Chapter 4

No One POV

Right now at the Cerise laboratories there's a new trainer that had just gotten his trainers license as he now will be able to participate in any tournaments all around the world in different regions, but right now he is currently in the lab area as he now has a shiny Rowlet on top of his head as he's standing in front of the Professor his assistant and the Elite Four member Misty.

Ren:*blinks in confusion*huh where did this Rowlet come from and it's a shiny.he wondered out loud

Cerise:*taps his chin*hmm well he seems to know you that's for sure, have you seen him before.he asked him

Keenan:well I guess you could say that I encountered him a month ago or so, he gotten injured by most likely a battle for territory so I decided to heal him up since I can't exactly leave an injured Pokémon unattended.he said to him as it just came to mind

Misty:*smiles*i see well what you did is what any trainer would do if they found an injured Pokémon, and although I'm more of a water type trainer I always do love me some cute and adorable Pokémon.she said as she's looking at the grass owl

Cerise:*smiles*well if I didn't know any better I think he was following you for quite some time I think he wants to join you.he said as he was rose an eyebrow

Keenan:*raises an eyebrow*huh really *as he grabbed ahold of Rowlet as he's looking at him*you want to be my Pokémon little guy.he asked him

Which Rowlet had chirped happily signifying that the answer is a yes as he let go of Rowlet as he flew down toward the ground as Keenan had pulled out a poke ball and held it in his hand as Rowlet had tapped the ball as he was sucked into the ball as it didn't even bother to shake as he was immediately caught as the stars had came out of the ball.

Keenan's Rotom Phone:Rowlet's data has been registered to your poke dex.the machine announced loudly

Misty:well congratulations you just captured your 2nd Pokémon.she congratulated him

Keenan:*looks at the ball*yeah I guess I did, didn't I.he said back to her

Ren:this is just the first of many steps of becoming a successful and powerful trainer in the future it just takes one step at a time.he said back to him

Cerise:hmm say Keenan what are you going to do after this have anywhere you want to go.he asked him

Keenan:*rubs his cheek with his finger*well not at the moment I guess I was just going to go where the wind leads me why do you ask.he replied to him

Cerise:*smiles*well how about you become one of my lab assistant's you won't doing the same thing as Ash and Goh since you guys will have different things that I'll ask you to do, and I for one think it'll be a great experience for you since your just starting out on becoming a trainer.he said to him as Keenan was a bit surprised

Keenan had took what he just to him as it is true he doesn't really know where to go and he can just get money and what not by entering tournaments and such since they give out money to the winners and plus he can just stay at a Pokémon center considering that everything in there is free, but at the same time he gets to go to different regions whenever Professor Cerise wants him to as he won't be going to the same place as Ash and Goh well not as much at least.

Misty:well I think it'll be a good experience for you Keenan you get to learn a lot from a Professor and more seasoned trainers like my friend Ash.she said to him

Keenan:*thinks to himself*I don't mind Ash helping it's just I won't be doing the same stupid mistake that he always does and that's not using his other Pokémon, and besides if anything I'll just ask my older brother but I guess she's also right.he thought to himself
