Keenan's Birthday Party Pt.1

No One POV

After Keenan had gotten his final gym badge in the Sinnoh region to enter the league he made his way back home with Project Mew as they were the ones who took him back to where he lives which at Professor Cerise's laboratory as they have arrived at the lab not to long ago as it's quite early in the morning.

Well when they arrived they were surprised to see some people already up and doing their own thing such as setting up for the party as Keenan was also surprised to see all of this since back in his old world all he did was hang out with his friends and his family members and that's it, there was no need for a party.

Danika:it seems everyone are getting ready for the birthday party.she said as Keenan is a bit surprised

Keenan:*sweat drops*they didn't had to go this far tho.he said out loud

Danika:*smiles*well might as well enjoy it after all your birthday is once every year.she said back to him

Amaranth:you ok Quillon you look out of it right now.he asked him

Quillon:*with a tired look*I need coffee now.he said in a dead tone of voice

Which got everyone there sweat dropping since Keenan does know that he gets sorta cranky and irritated whenever he doesn't have his coffee as thankfully there was a coffee machine outside which he immediately made his way toward it to fill himself a cup, as Professor Cerise had seen Keenan with Project Mew.

Cerise:if it isn't the birthday boy I'm glad you made it just in time as well.he said to him

Keenan:yeah and thankfully I'm not that tired since their ship has beds.he said back to him

Cerise:I invited quite a lot of people and some of them are quite interested in meeting you as well.he said to him

Keenan:*raises an eyebrow*really and just who are we talking about that's interested in me.he asked him

As Brock had walked up to him as Keenan had seen who it was as his eyes slightly widened as to who he's looking at as he was wondering when he'll finally bump into Brock as if it weren't for him then Ash would've been screwed while he was traveling through Kanto and Sinnoh just sucks he didn't traveled with him in Unova.

Plus Keenan can learn quite a lot of things from Brock with his vast knowledge of Pokémon and how to take care of them properly so him meeting Brock is beneficial to him.

Brock:so your the Keenan that Ash had told me about glad to finally meet you I'm Brock.he introduced himself

Keenan:it's nice to meet you too Brock I'm Keenan although you already know my name, but what do you mean that Ash tells you about me.he asked him

Brock:well he tells me about a pretty impressive trainer that lives with him at the lab I even heard that you battled him and won.he said back to him

Keenan:the only reason why I won is because he wasn't using any of his older Pokémon and plus the only one I was cautious about was that Pikachu of his.he said back to him

Brock:Ah yes he told me he brought back some of his older Pokémon to train with his newer ones they've improved.he said

Cerise:how about you go and get changed Keenan I'll go talk with Professor Amaranth here it's been a while since we last seen one another.he said to him

Amaranth:*chuckles*yeah it sure has so tell me how's Chloe doing.he asked

As Keenan just sweat dropped when he asked that as he hastily made his way into the lab to change his clothes into something more fitting for the weather as his house near his dome is pretty much done but he still needs to move all of his belongings into his new house as he needs to thank Mr.McKenzie for that house.
