Agni had transformed into something totally different from what he was before as the intense heat is starting to melt the rocks that's beneath him and also start to evaporate the water that's also surrounding him.
The water maybe being evaporated but Keenan has a plan and he needs to borrow Kyogre's Ocean orb to do so if he wants this plan to work, since the orbs have Arcesus's presence inside of it and have the Divine power then it can be very effective.

Kyogre without hesitation has given him the orb as it's a beautiful blue color as Keenan had held out his hand as he can feel the power of all the oceans all over the world as he feels like fucking Poseidon now being the God of the Seas.

Keenan:*looking at it*this orb surely is beautiful it has a different shade of blue then the Time orb.he said while looking at it

As everyone had all started to make their way over toward the newly formed Agni as he's slowly making its way over toward the Hoenn region evaporating the water and also melting the rocks below him, Agni just wants to cause more destruction as he gotten bored of Johto.
Keenan had took a deep breath as he's looking at the orbs that's surrounding him like a Balance Breaker as he nodded determinedly as the Ocean orb has started to glow blue and gold in color.
Keenan:*looks at Agni*now time to drown your ass.he said while looking at him
All of the Legendary Pokémon are tying their best to keep in at bay but only Haleakala's and Lehua's Rayquaza and Ho-oh are the only ones doing actual damage to it while the others are nothing but flies.
Both of them has broken through several of Rayquaza's and Ho-oh's limiters which ultimately makes them very powerful and can rival the likes of Dialga,Palkia and Giratina but even they know that either one of those 3 can defeat them.
Agni:why won't you guys just stay down for good you annoying pest.he said while trying to swat them away
