Zavanya's POV

I really have no idea what happened between me and Stefan. Sa isang iglap, it changed. He's my first love though but I still know my worth. As a days passed, rumors, gossips about him and Aileene dating, has been talking all over inside NCA. Though I had to distant myself from him, I'm trying my best to act like a deaf every time I heard about it. It's hard but still tryin' to used to it.

'Have you heard it? Did Stefan ang Zavanya broke up?'-girl 3

'What about it?'-girl 1

'Aren't they? Oh I pity her. She haven't heard about Aileene and Stefan getting married so soon?'-girl 4

'Really? Come on, girls. Where did you get that rumors?'-girl 1

'Aileene told me so. She made a proof that he'll gonna marry her instead of Zavanya.'-girl 2

"Are you okay, Zavie? Just don't mind them. Wala lang sila magawa sa buhay nila kaya buhay ng iba ang pinapakialaman."-Jheiden said and I nodded even I really want to burst into tears right now.

"Y-Yeah. Uhm..guys? May I excuse myself for awhile? I just want to be alone."-I said and smile a bit. Pilit kong di umiyak ngayon. Kasi anumang oras, bubuhos na ang mga luha ko.

"Do you want me to come with you, ate?"-Hailey asked with worriedness in her voice and the way they looked at me.

"No. I'm fine...really. Sige, mauna na kayo."-I said.

"Are you sure?"-Aivy

"Yeah."-I answered.

"Unnie..."-EJ

"Hey, don't worry about me. I just need some fresh air. Bye!"-I said then run faster as I could. I saw them, Aileene and Stefan. Nakayakap sya dito at para bang walang pakialam kung makita ko man sila o ng iba rito. I quickly looked away when his eyes caught me running. Mas binilisan ko pa ito dahil alam kong susundan nya ako. As if he still cares about me...or not anymore.

I reached the rooftop of the campus where I stayed recently. My tears started to fall one by one 'til it was uncontrollable to stop. Maybe...Hailey was right...maybe...I should let him go and end the relationship...should I? I sadly thought.

"Zavie..."-I heard a familiar voice behind me and I wasn't surprised at all. I didn't turned around. I hate him.

"W-What are you doing here? You should go back to her. I-It's none of your business if I am in pain right now. I-I don't need you so leave me alone."-I said with pain in my voice. He began to step closer. I finally turned around to face him and stop him.

"Z-Zavanya p-please? I-I just want to---"-I cut him off.

"Y-You want, what? B-Break up with me because very soon you're getting married with whom? A-Aileene? Then what now? You were inviting me to your wedding? Are you numb, Stefan? C-Can't you see? I'm damn hurting! B-But I'm trying! I'm trying my best to forget you! To ignore you! And pretend like you didn't exist! B-But why? W-Why are you damn doing this to me?"-I yelled. I cried as my tears were dripping and I couldn't stop myself.

"I-I'm sorry. I didn't mean it---"-I calmed myself down.

"I-I'm...setting you free, Stefan. Y-You're finally free to marry her. But...just a favor, please? Tell me...if you still want me then... i'll try my best to fight for us but i-if you don't love me anymore...just turn around and leave...then don't ever looked back."-I said which made him stared at me, dumfounded. He smirked and I'm now facing his back. H-He did...he turned around. He slowly walked away and I sighed deeply. H-He didn't love me anymore...he chose her over me...why? I thought.

If that's will make you happy, I won't stopped you. You know I love you and I always will. But I saw how much you're happy while with her. And me? I don't even sure if I'll get better so soon from the pain you've caused. I wish you wouldn't regret this. Just seeing you smile even I'm not the reason why, I'm contented. Even though it shattered me into pieces. I love you once again, baby boy. Til we meet again.
