Donghyuck

"So, what should we do?" I ask casually as we exit the restaurant.

"We can just go home, no?" He asks, unsureness present in his voice.

"Sure, if you want me to get busted and potentially killed then sure let's go," I answer with a sarcastically sweet smile.

"Geez sorry," he mutters, rolling his eyes. He has a thoughtful face before he exclaims, his eyes glimmering with excitement, "Let's go to play arcade games!"

I was going to deny when I made eye contact with him, his eyes were big and puppy-like which made me sigh, "Sure, let's go," I say before beginning to walk off, him trailing some steps behind him.

Thankfully, considering we were at a mall, the shop was only a few steps away. Once we were in front of it, Jaemin dashed to get ahead of me, going to the cashier to exchange some money for coins. Gosh is he childish, I think as I shake my head disappointedly. I take small steps inside, bowing to the cashier who gave my companion his coins before he had run off. I follow behind, letting him do what he wants as I watch.

"Come on, aren't you going to play?" He asks, looking behind his shoulder as he inserts two coins into a gun game.

"I'm just here babysitting you," I answer shortly.

"I don't need a babysitter," he says as he takes ahold of the gun, positioning himself before the game starts. "Plus, I was the one that invited you because you looked like shit," he looks behind with a sheepish smile, "No offense."

I scoff, "None taken. It's not like you didn't look worse than me," I remind him.

He shrugs as he shoots, "Fair enough." He takes a few more shots. "I know I wasn't at my best earlier."

He said it in the most casual way possible as if it was normal for him and it made me curious, extremely. But I'm usually a curious boy so I shrug it off as I begin to pay attention to the game where it was now showing 'New High Score' in big letters on the screen. He begins to take small jumps in delight which makes me smile. He doesn't seem as gloomy as he did when he walked into that classroom. It still seems like he's missing something but not as much as before.

I scoff, "Show off," I say with a grin.

He turns around with a wide smile on his face, "You try! Let's see what you can do!" He exclaims as he shoves the toy gun into my hands. He takes a step back, crossing his arms over his chest and raising an eyebrow arrogantly.

I raise an eyebrow as well, "Oh, I'll show you."

Jaemin

I had fun. A lot of fun. It was even more fun because I was with Lee Donghyuck, something I thought I would only ever dream of. I will never forget those precious smiles and laughs that he gave when he won a game or those sulky pouts that he put on when he lost.

"You look creepily happy," Donghyuck from beside me says. I turn to him, smiling even wider. "Gosh, stop smiling you creep," he says though there was a smile on his face as well. Maybe we were both feeling the same maybe we were happy right now.

"Fine, sorry," I say as I look away, staring ahead instead of at him. "Do you wanna go somewhere? It's six."

He thought for a while before he says, "I'll take you somewhere, come on." He begins to walk faster, getting in front of me in the process.

We stop some seconds later at a bus stop and I look at him quizzingly. "Where are we going?"

"Somewhere," he answers with a teasing gleam.

I roll my eyes, "Thank you for that very helpful information I shall serve you for the rest of my life to show my gratefulness as this has saved my whole life. I shall do from giving you coffee every morning to doing your homework," I say dramatically. "You know what, I barely do my homework," I shrug.

I hear a snicker from beside me and I turn to look at him.

"You talk a lot when you want to talk a lot."

"Isn't that how it works?"

Just then, the bus arrives. He shrugs as he makes his way there, taking the small staircase inside, paying the bus fare for the both of us before walking ahead. The bus was full of students who were most likely making their way to academies and workers who were ending their tiring shifts. We both take a look around and defeatedly take one of the handles like some other people on the bus when we had no luck.

It was a couple of seconds later when there was a lady getting closer and closer to me by the second. I shift uncomfortably as I move sideways, the opposite way hoping to get away but she just kept coming. I glance at Donghyuck who was also looking at me, luckily.

He glares slightly at the woman before moving the arm on the handle for it to be next to my head. He looks at the woman intensely who rolls her eyes before moving away.

"Thank you," I mutter.

After 5 stops, 30 minutes later, Donghyuck finally walks off and out of the bus. I rush behind to catch up with him once I do, we both stay quiet as I follow him. It was quite late by now, the sun just about to set. I get out of my thoughts when I see Donghyuck looking up at the sky before he startles me by yanking my arm. He runs whilst dragging me, to a place completely unknown to me. Many streets I have never seen in my 17 years in Seoul became rather interesting to me but I had no time to admire them as they just passed by quickly--or rather we were passing by quickly.

After what seems like forever, the other halts at a... park? A deserted park that frankly looked creepy.

I look at him quizzingly but he only smiles at me. I find myself yet again following as he takes steps up a hill and I found myself widening my eyes when I saw the beautiful scenery. It was the blue hour.

I watched in awe, my mouth slightly hanging open with a smile as I saw something I could describe as magical before looking beside me. He looks even more beautiful with the rays of light that are reflecting on his skin, I note.

I look back at the horizon before he can notice that I had been looking at him. The scenery is magical and the fact that I'm with Lee Donghyuck only makes it something beyond that.
