Since the house was not far from most of their destinations on their itinerary, they all agreed to walk and enjoy the breeze of the nature.
"My dad took me here when I was 13. It's still as peaceful as ever." Lily said.
"Yeah, now I'm glad we came along. If you live in the city, you will really appreciate this kind of place." Anna replied.
"Hey, Lil! Give me a smile." Erin said, taking a picture of her on her phone.
She stopped walking and struck a pose.
"Pretty... I wonder why you still don't have a boyfriend until now." Erin said, looking at her photo.
"Hey, you're hurting my imaginary boyfriend's feelings. Don't listen to them, babe." Lily replied, pretending she's talking to someone.
They laughed.
"Let's just see if you can still act like that if someone suddenly speaks next to you." Anna said.
They laughed again.
After a few minutes walk into the woods, they arrived at the river park. They were all amazed at the sheer clarity of the water and at the mountains they could see beyond. They took many pictures and paddled in the shallow and rocky part of the river.
As Kith was walking alongside of the river, a stone caught his attention. He stooped down and picked it up. It was green, smooth and shiny, and shaped like a leaf.
Erin approached him and clung to his waist from his back. "What are you doing?" she asked.
"I found something." he said.
"What is it?" she asked.
"For you" He handed her the stone.
She stared at it for a moment in his hand, then she took it. "Where did you get this?" she asked, looking at it.
"I just found it among the rocks here." he answered.
"Really? ...This is a pretty green stone." she said, then she looked at him and smiled. "Thanks"
He smiled too.
"Hey! Kith found a pretty stone!" she yelled.
When their friends came, she showed them the stone.
"That could be a jade stone, and if you're lucky, it might be one of the most expensive types of jades." Harry told them.
"Wow, really? Where did you find it?" Lily asked.
"I just found it here while I was walking. I noticed it because of its color." Kith answered.
