I hummed along to the tune playing loudly from the radio as I flipped the golden pancakes in the pan, and moved them around. I swayed my hips in time to the music smiling to myself.

"Cooking like a chef I'm a five star Michelin," I sang along with the deep voice, and harmonised with it. My mood had improved drastically since I had escaped that household. I felt like myself again.

"You certainly are a little chef, that smells incredible." His warm arms snaked around me and his face appeared next to mine. His chin rested lightly on my shoulder and I poured a fresh batch of thick batter into the pan.

"Good Morning Min. Did you sleep well?" I pecked his cheek softly and turned the heat down on the pan. He nodded slightly and eyed the food like a hungry beast. The delicious smell carried through the whole house and gave it a homely feel. He quickly stole one of the freshly baked golden discs and I watched as he quickly swapped it back and forth in his hands.

"That's hot!" He protested before taking a quick bite. I shook my head and laughed loudly at him. He was so impatient. I placed them on the table and we began digging in to the food as the radio played loudly behind us.

"Thank you Ji. That was amazing." He leaned back in his chair and patted his stomach. A content smile graced his face and I stared at him with pure adoration. I never knew it was possible to love someone as much as I loved him.

"You're welcome honey. Are you sure you've had enough? I can whip up some more?" I offered as I began clearing the table. He shook his head emphatically and let out a loud groan.

"I'll pop if I eat another bite." He lifted his arms into the air, revealing his cute tummy and I saw my chance. I reached over and began tickling him furiously. He began squirming and trying to push me off as I laughed loudly, it descended into utter chaos when he grabbed the sweet honey and squirted it on my head.

"Oh you're in trouble now!" I stated loudly. I grabbed a handful of silky flour and dumped it onto his head. The room filled with white powder as he shook his hair vigorously.

"That does it!" He jumped up and began chasing me around the table, both of us were laughing and throwing random food items at each other. I loved these pure moments of laughter that I got to spend with my Leeknow. He really was the kindest soul and seeing him joyous meant everything to me.

A knock at the door interrupted me from throwing an egg at him and we both patted our white stained clothes down as I we entered the hall. We had an almighty mess to clean up but I didn't care. It was worth it.

"Hello!" I said expecting to see Hyunjin or Lix staring at me, but it wasn't. It was a face I didn't want to see.

"C-Can I come in?"

"Yup." I replied flatly. It's not like I could stop her. It was her house after all. She eyed us both, covered in various baking ingredients and shook her head disapprovingly. Minho had fallen silent and I hated it. I took his hand in mine and squeezed gently.

"Sorry for dropping by. I thought you might need some fresh clothes." She murmured as she walked into the empty lounge. I accepted the heavy bag and forced a small smile on my face.

"Thank you."

"How are you doing? Are you eating?" She asked as she began fussing over my sticky flour covered hair, trying to make me look presentable.

"Yah, Eomma stop." I said as I caught her wrist. Her hands froze and the sadness in her eyes made my heart twinge.

"Leeknow, Jisung, I actually came here to apologise. I don't want either of you to feel like you're not welcome at home. If you want to be together, then I support it. It's a little odd given our situation, but I don't want to stop you."
