Chapter Fifty Three: Action

(Warning... this chapter is going to include some incredibly graphic violence.)

I heard her words and lept into action.

"Oh Chan Hyung!" I called loudly. Signalling he should come out of his hiding spot.

"Oh hey guys... I was just up here filming and uh," he stopped and played the conversation back. Her whole admission was on tape. Her eyes darted to him and she suddenly realised what was going on.

"This was supposed to be a family reunion!" Han said as he stamped his foot like a toddler and pretended to be mad.

"Oh I can delete it if you want me to." He offered sarcastically as he smirked at us. I hadn't realised how terrifying Chris could truly be until recently. He was a little psychotic when he got angry.

"It's ok Hyung." Jisung said with a smirk. "I think I'd like a copy."

"That's good! I've actually sent it to our group chat. You know? The one with the eight of us in it?" Jisung gasped and stared at Ms Lee with an evil glint in his eye.

"Oh dear. Chan you better apologise to my dear mother." He drawled.

"Man I'm not sorry." He said with his signature smile on his face.

"Oh Chris, wanna get a picture of us with our new mom." I drawled as I gathered the others in front of her.

"Ja! Hana, dul, set,"

"Cheese." We all said in unison. I grabbed Jisung just in time. She had lunged for him. Hyunjin pulled Felix away and we all stood, staring at her brandishing her knife.

"You're done. Accept that you've been caught you crazy bitch!" Hyunjin shouted as he pulled Felix behind him. I followed suit, and protected Jisung. If she wanted either of them she would have to go through us.

"GUYS! INCOMING!" Changbin's voice rang out loudly from far below.

It was OK. We had prepared for this. What we hadn't prepared for, were her final actions. Lix lurched forwards as she turned the knife on herself. Before anyone could stop her, she launched her body backwards, and disappeared over the edge of the building. I shielded Jisung from the sight and pulled his head to my shoulder.

Silence descended after the thud rang out around us.

"We have to go." His voice was low and I knew he had just switched off his heart. I was worried he might never find it again. He had become obsessive and frantic recently. To a worrying level.

Jisung pulled away and gently turned his head from side to side as he clicked his neck.

"You ready?" He asked as an excited glint shone in his eyes. I wasn't. I wasn't ready for anything that was about to come. I took a deep breath to calm myself. "It's just like the bullies kitten. Remember that." His hand reached out and stroked my face. I nodded and released my breath. I closed my eyes and focused.

Just like the bullies. They wanted to hurt my brothers. No one hurt my brothers.

Chan was the first in when he heard Jeongin yell loudly. He flew at the intruders and fly kicked one of them back down the stairs, with all of his might. The two behind him fell backwards as the weight of his body flew at them violently. Chris threw himself on them and began punching them as hard as he could.

"Don't. Touch. My. JEONGIN." He yelled as he pummelled them back into the filthy ground they had come from. Jeongin was struggling with a fourth guy, who was on top of him. Suddenly he got his feet into the perfect position and forced the guy off of him. He sprang to his feet and sunk his elbow right into the soft spot on the guys neck. He was out for the count.
