(This is a sad chapter. Sorry not sorry. Thank you all so much for reading. You have no idea how sad I am to be ending this book. I have loved every minute of it. It's been an incredible journey... I am so grateful for all of your patience and love and support and for even considering reading this. I cannot thank any of you enough.)

"It's been two years already Appa. I can't believe it." I squatted and placed the colourful flowers on his grave as I rested my chin on my arms. "We finally got justice for you. You can rest in peace now." I murmured as I cleared some weeds from around his gravestone.

I hadn't been here for the longest time and it showed. There was no one else to look after his gravestone.

"I'm sorry I haven't seen you for awhile. I've been recovering. But I'm fighting fit again. I've started taking a martial arts class again. I gave up after you died, but I realised I missed it. I need the discipline anyway now you and Mom are gone. There's no one to scold me anymore." I reached out and traced my fingers over the faded gold letters.

"Here lies a beloved Father, son, and husband. He was dearly loved by all who met him. May you soar high forever Lee Taemin"

"I hope you're proud of me Appa. I know I've done some dumb things, but I'm trying my best to survive without anyone. Minho is here. I told him all about you, and I wish you could meet him. You would adore him." Minho's hand gently pressed down on my shoulder and he squeezed it tightly as I continued talking with my father.

Life had calmed down a lot now Mr Lee was behind bars. We had finally nailed him as we had been promising each other. The members of his gang, who survived, also got sent down for attempted murder and a few other charges. It turned out the police were already looking into his illegal activities.

"Hey Appa, remember that day, you told me you loved me and you would see me later? Do you remember? I do. I forgot to tell you, I love you too. I'm sorry I didn't do more to protect you. I couldn't save Mom or Lix either. I lost them both Appa. But I tried." My voice cracked and I pressed my fingers to my lips to try and control my emotions.

"Hey, hey now don't be silly. You did everything you could Ji." Minho's silky voice entered my ears for the first time and I sniffed.

"I'm sorry Appa. I couldn't save our family. I'm so sorry for failing. But I hope you're all happy up there together. I miss you all so much. You were my world. Tell Lix I said fuck off, and flip him off for me." My fingers traced over the letters below my father's.

"Here lies Lee Felix, beloved son, brother, and boyfriend. He gave everything to protect those he loved. 'Sorry bro, mosquito.' He was a light in the dark for all who knew him. Rest in peace."

"Lix, you're still a fucking idiot. I miss you more and more every day you fucking brat." I murmured as I took the flowers from Minho.

"It's ok babe. Take your time." He whispered as he rubbed my back soothingly.

"I brought you sunflowers. They remind me of you. They light everything around them up, just like you always did. Why did you do it? Why did you have to do it? H-Help was s-so close!" Heavy sad tears rolled down my cheeks as the thought of my brother, laying in that hospital taking his last breath began flashing through my mind. I had tried so hard to keep him alive, and I had failed.

Mr Lee had won after all.

He had broken us apart in the worst way.

"Jisung." Minho pulled me into his warm embrace and I sobbed into his chest as I cursed the cruel world that had stolen everything from me. I had to retake two years of school, not that I cared. I had no family, other than Minho, and Hyunjin had left after Lix died. We had no idea where he was or if he was still alive.
