THE bus driver started the engine, and then they all felt that the bus is already moving forward.
Nabi left her seat at lumapit sa pinaka-dulong railings, she was admiring the view. While she was busy admiring the Bluemendorf's unique city, she heard someone's footstep coming to her.
"Hi, I'm Haruki. You might have seen me already but I haven't introduce myself to you because you're uhm.." Haruki said nervously, napa-tingin naman sa kaniya si Nabi ng naka-kunot.
"Because I'm what?"
"You're very rude.. But I-I don't mean to offend you though!"
Tumango-tango si Nabi, "Hm. Lahat naman kayo ayan ang tingin sa akin, so it's fine. I'm also very aware of my rudeness."
"You're talking to me," hindi maka-paniwalang saad ni Haruki kaya napa-lingon ulit sa kaniya si Nabi. "Wow. Kinakausap mo ako? Am I hallucinating?"
"You're not."
Haruki's mouth formed an "O" and then he left Nabi, he went to Reiva's seat and there he saw Maige seating at his seat. "'di ba sa baba ka?" He asked Maige.
"Oo and so what naman? Isusumbong mo ako kay Isonoe? Go on, hindi ako natatakot sa kaniya." Maige rolled her eyes.
"Yeah, what ever," he looks at Reiva, "Hey, Rei! Guess what? Nabi talked to me!" Puno ang kagalakan sa boses nito.
"Why are you happy? Para namang importanteng tao 'yang si Nabi kung maka-asta kayo, and duh I also talked to her before pero hindi ganiyan ang reaction ko." Mataray na sabat ni Maige sa kanila.
"Hindi talaga magiging ganito ang reaction mo kasi kapag nag u-usap kayo, hindi 'yon normal na usapan. You're fighting!" Maige just replied duh, and so did Haruki imitate her.
UMAKYAT si Cheska sa second deck para tignan ang kaniyang mga estudyante. Nakita niyang nag ku-kuwentuhan ang lahat, she saw Nabi at the very corner rail pero hindi niya 'to inistorbo. Instead, she went to Haruki's seat dahil iba ang klase ng ngiti ang gumuguhit sa kaniyang bibig.
"Mukhang masayang-masaya kayo, ah." Naka-ngiting saad ni Cheska nang maka-lapit sa mga ito.
"Miss Cheska!" Sabay na sabi nila Haruki, Maige, at Reiva.
"Miss Cheska, I'm very happy right now!" Haruki excitedly told her.
"Talaga? Can you tell me ano ang rason bakit ka masaya?" Interesadong tanong naman ni Cheska sa binata.
"Ate Nabi-" he glance at Nabi who looked at him when he said the word 'Ate Nabi' "Oh, uhm, Nabi. Nabi, just talked to me! And she wasn't mad or have that tone."
"Totoo ba?" Hindi maka-paniwalang tanong ni Cheska.
"Yes Miss Cheska! We're even friends na." Reiva butt in, she was also very happy to tell Cheska about that.
Cheska glance at Nabi who's still in the corner, nahuli niya itong nakatingin sa kanilang apat pero agad na umiwas at pinag patuloy ang pag tingin sa paligid. "I'm glad she's already opening herself to other people.. again." Cheska said that out of nowhere, while looking at Nabi.
"Ha? Bakit po, Miss Cheska?" Reiva asked at Cheska.
"Ha? Ano? May sinabi ba ako?" Cheska shook her head, "Huwag niyo ng isipin 'yon, i-admire niyo na lang ang view."
THEY HEARD A CLAP, it's Isonoe. Of course, who will it be?
"Good morning, Sunshines. Chariz! Sa mga tulog diyan, mag si-gising na kayo at narito na tayo sa.. drummer roll please! Tenen! The Sereia Maze Land!"
