The morning after Renae's party was a complete blur. She had no idea what she had done after she pulled King to the side to dance. He ran things down to her in bits and pieces but she was fighting a hangover and had extremely sore limbs than to worry about whatever drama she may have caused. It took her two days to recover and for the memories to start flooding in and King laughed his ass off when she began reciting the many positions and things they got into.

The entire night was one for their sacred memories and King appreciated every moment of it. It gave him a better idea of how he wanted their bae-cation to go in Singapore. While they were cooped up in the room doing all sorts of things, Dajon and Ary were up in their room getting acquainted with each other once again. They may not have been as nasty as Renae and King, but they lasted until the break of dawn. Unlike Renae who needed a couple of days to remember, Ary knew exactly what she got herself into and wouldn't doubt it if Dajon got lucky during one of their exchanges and got her pregnant. If he did, she would find out in a few weeks.

It was August the 19th, Camille was supposed to come in town any day now. She had been ignoring Lucky's messages and he was offended. The one time he decides to reach out, she ignores him. But that was his sister, she was always up to something. He knew she wasn't in any trouble because she spoke to him days before to remind him of her arrival and two days ago, he heard her talking on the phone with Ava. Whatever they were talking about, Camille wanted to keep it a secret and even using sex didn't get the information out of Ava. Lucky was shocked.

It was a typical, sunny day in Virginia. Parents and kids were doing back-to-school shopping as if the world would run out of clothes. The whole thing was comical to Assyria as she watched a few videos online of people going crazy and fighting over backpacks and sneakers. She knew the situation wasn't amusing but the fact that people actually fought over shoes was sad. It was pitiful to her but the less harsh videos that she came across were funny. Especially the one where an old lady was beating on some security guard with her cane for trying to stop her from stealing.

One thing that she was happy about was the fact that when people came into Mirror Mine, they had common damn sense and acted how they were supposed to. There had been quite a few robberies in the areas and throughout the cities, which only gave King a reason to hire security that blended right in with the rest of the employees. Crime was always at an all-time high during the summer months and holidays but people seemed to never know how to act weeks before school began. It was as if the reopening of school was like a high that needed to be elevated again just to bring order.

Tamar Braxton's, Love and War album played through the store as Assyria restocked the shelves. She's been meaning to ask Ava if she could become an assistant manager but she wasn't sure if that would turn out well or sit well with the rest of the employees.

"Excuse me?" a soft voice called from behind.

Glancing over her shoulder, Assyria moved her hair from her face and stared at the pretty, toffee complexion woman. "Yeah?" she shook off her feelings.

Smiling at her, the woman pointed behind her with her thumb, "I was told that you were the perfect person to get advice from."

Looking behind her, Assyria noticed the cashier, Brea looking in their direction before she returned to helping a customer.

"Can you?" the woman queried.

"Oh," Assyria chuckled, "Yes, what do you need?"

"I have this problem... I'm never sure how to dress for my body type and I don't really know how to put colors together and make them pop."

Assyria nodded, "What is your style or inspo?"

The woman teetered her head then looked Assyria's attire over, "Something like you... I mean, yours," she nervously laughed.
