I didn't know how tired I was until I collapsed onto the floor.
But I knew one thing. Valentina was the best friend I'd made this whole trip. And, a plus, she was seriously pretty. She made me feel all warm inside when she talked... and when she touched my hand, I felt like I could conquer the world. Dang. Was I... crushing on someone I'd only known for four days? No... she was a daughter of Asmodeus, the emodiment of Lust. Of course she had this effect on me. This wasn't real love. No. This was artificial, right?
I finnaly dreampt. It was a strange dream, too. I saw a small girl, she looked like Ezra almost... and she sat in cage. Two people gaurded the cage, they both had huge angel wings. Oh, right, they were probably angels. The first guard took her spear, jabbing at the caged girl with the blunt end.
"Please... stop!"The small girl begged, the guard kept laughing, jabbing at the girl.
"I wont, deceitful demon. You act helpess, and yet... we all know your power."The guard chuckled coldly.
"I- I don't!"The prisoner began to cry.The scene shifted.
I saw Beatriz and Jade, our 17-year-old camp directors in the war planning room. Along with the leaders of each cabin of the Seven princes, and some conselors from lower demon's cabins.
"The angels have sent five more attacks as of last month. They're taunting us. But if we fight back... we may start war. Plus, no one knows about our little... rivalry."Jade explained, Beatriz standing next to them. "So, any ideas?"Jade asked.
"We attack! And then we build our defenses! Build up the walls and make more weapons!"Natilie Cadell(At least, that might've been her name. Beatriz gave me a tour when I first woke up, so I knew pretty much everyone's names), the leader of Satan's cabin said in a fierce way, she unsheathed her dagger and threw it a the dart board on the wall.
"Or.... Or... we could make a peace treaty I have my ways of... persuading."Storm Labelle, head of the Asmodeus cabin suggested, his camo combat boots tapping on the floor.
"The angels hate our guts, pretty-boy. We should ATTACK THEM BACK!"Natilie yelled. Storm looked baffled. "WELL AT LEAST I DON-"
"SETTLE DOWN!"Jade snapped, everyone in the room went quiet. "Look. We have awhile before they launch another attack. They must have some sort of spy... so keep your eyes out. Councel dismissed."Jade left the room, Beatriz following right behind them.I woke up, not sure of where I was. I took a moment for my vision to adjust. Octavia had me thrown over her shoulder like I weighed nothing. Which... I probably did. People kept telling me that I lost a lot of weight since I went mad. I didn't know if that was true... because I didn't remember. I could also... faintly hear mumuring in my ears, in poetry forms.
"Uhm... Hello?"I asked, Octavia stopped in her tracks, giving me time to stand upright. "Finally your awake. You were asleep for four and a half hours. Were still in Pennyslvania."Aella explained, I nodded, still thinking about the dreams I just had. I just... wish I could understand them.
Suddenly, Valentina started twitching, and having strange body spasms. Uh oh. That couldn't be good.
