We rushed towards the spirit, it was about to jump off a bridge in Valentina's body.
"WOAH! We can talk about this!"I told the spirit. "NO!"It yelled back, staring down at the rushing waters.

"Why are you doing this?!"Aella asked. "GET OUT OF HER BODY!"Erik yelled. Thar probably wasn't very soothing to the spirit, because it screeched. "Jeez, sorry."Erik muttered.

"Your daughter- she's a spirit now, too! You can let go of this!"I say, trying my most convincing voice, which wasn't very good.

"NO! YOU DON'T GET IT! I CAN'T LET GO! I CAN'T!"The spirit hissed, it's glowing eyes flickering.

"LET GO ALREADY, DUDE!"Erik yelled at it.

"NO. No. No. No!"The spirit covered their ears, readying themself to jump off the bridge.

"She's dead. Your dead. She won't want this."Aella told the spirit, Valentina's eyes stopped glowing. She fell to her knees. Erik ran over to her, checking to see if she was okay. Aella and I walked over.

"Ugh. My mouth tastes like dirt."Valentina groaned, Erik pat her on the back affectionately. Was there chemistry between them? Eh, I would never know. I didn't know how kids these days acted. Aella looked back at the sun going down, "Another day wasted."She said, "Let's keep walking.

Valentina stood up, dusting herself off. And then we went back on our way, boarding a bus. I stared out the window, wondering how Erik felt when he lost his memory. Probably scared and confused, which he still is.

I thought about the 60's. Ah, to be back in the 60's again. I sighed, putting my hand on my new battle axe. I wondered if I could get it enchanted... maybe it would shrink down into a backpack or something. I thought about my mother, oh, how I missed her. I missed how she would embrace me, and then tell me Navajo tales. Mom... I missed her. A peacock feather sprouted out of my skin. Ugh. Why did I think about her? I shifted my train of thought. Okay... camp. The war games. Those were fun. Soon, my feather went back into my skin. I couldn't wait to get back to camp. Back to my cabin (Which was really meant to be a shrine, since I'm the only child of Andrealphus at camp) I could sleep in my own bed. Satan, I loved sleep. It distracted me from the real world.

After awhile, we reached our destination. Valentina had... persuaded the driver to drive a bit longer. So we'd been on the bus for a full eight hours, and now, we were in Ohio. Ready to face another.... strange opstical.

We got off the bus, I stretched my legs.
"Is anyone else hungry?"Erik asked.
"I could eat."I replied, Valentina nodded. "Sure."Aella said.

We walked to a nearby cafe, I was surprised by how hungry I was. The cashier lady reccomended the cinnamon roll, and I was happy she did. It tasted amazing. Soon, I heard the soft sound of musical instruments.
"Do you hear that?"Aella asked, putting down her frappuchino.
A man in a golden crown wistfully sat at our table, sighing.
"Uhm... hello?"Valentina greeted him. "Listen to my poem, does it sound good?"He asked, a golden crown sat on his head.

"Everytime I see your face, it reminds me of you."The man recited.
    "Shouldn't poems rhyme?"Aella asked.
"Not in my book."The dude sighed.
"Your books probably a picture book."Aella muttered.

   "Who... are you?"Erik asked.
"Oriens, the demon king of the East."The king sighed.
"Shouldn't you be riding an elephant?"Aella pointed out.
"Ah, you've noticed... Sadly..."Oriens paused, seemingly holding back tears. "My poor elephant has died. And I need someone to get me a new one."

"You mean us, don't you?"I asked, annoyed.
"Yes."Oriens replied.
