15th life

You sighed. Laying down on a red plastic baby slide with static playing at your hair was not how you wanted this night to go.
Staring at the darkening sky, a bolt of lightning broke into your vision. You cringed knowing what came next. The thunder boomed and you stilled. Deciding it was not a good idea to stay out in a thunderstorm, you sat up from the slide, hair frizzing up.
As you stood up, you heard a small groan. A boy that looked about fourteen was laying by the bench looking very injured.
You consider your options, leaving the boy here to die, survive, or heal the boy, let him live, and potentially die in this godforsaken storm. After some thinking, you made your way over to him.
The boy was dressed in green, had raven hair, and was very very injured. Just as you walked over, his ivy green eyes fluttered shut and he fell unconscious. On his head was the most expensive headwear you had seen in lifetimes.
"I'm taking this in exchange for saving your life." You say to the unconscious boy in front of you. "Good to know you agree with me, I'm going to keep it." You put the helm with one intact, and one cracked horn on the nearby bench.
Starting the healing process, you closed your eyes. Feeling around from your mind, you pushed past the varying dim green threads that were the plant life in front of you and found one of the longest, complex ivy green life threads you had ever seen. The thread was made of pure green energy and was fraying rather quickly. Using your powers, you fixed the life force in front of you, good as new. Carefully avoiding the central memory thread, you opened your eyes.
It was the first time you didn't want to pry at someone's memories, but something told you that you should leave this boy alone.
You gathered the helm and stalked back to the sidewalk. You turned back around to see if the boy was fine, just as a rainbow beam swallowed him up.
"What the f-"

You woke up to the Sorcerer Supreme waking a pupil at the crack of dawn. Unfortunately, that pupil was you.
"Get up dear, we need to get to the New York Sanctum. Something is happening in New York that is threatening the safety of the Sanctum Sanctorum." She said.
You sighed, changing into your black and green robes with a snap.
The Sorcerer Supreme took one look at you then conjured a portal into chaos.
"Let's go Y/n."
