My Two Older Annoying Overprotective Brothers

Chapter 13

(Ella's house at top or side)

There in the picture staring back at me with evil eyes was Jacob. My bestfriend since my parents death was here to spy on me. I burst into tears and loud sobs and I heard my door open and close.

"Ella" I heard Daniels concerned voice "Ella what's wrong".

I shoved the box over to him and watched through tears eyes as he looked over everything and played the recording. "Oh Ella I am so sorry." He said as he hugged me "I won't let you near him, I will become friends with him. Okay?"

I saw the seriousness in his eyes and nodded. He lead me to my bed and we laid down beside each other and fell asleep.

When I woke up I looked around the room and the memories of last night flooded back. I felt like crying but my eyes were dry, so I went and took a shower. After I did my morning routine and added a little extra makeup to hide the redness I headed downstairs.

As I entered I saw Daniel had just finished telling Everett what we found last night. "Oh my gosh, Ella how did we not notice" he said as we all had a group hug. This moment was perfect and miserable all in one. The moment was only ruined when we heard the door bell ring.

"Okay" I said "you to go fix up I look half decent go!" I said shooing them and went to the door. I opened it to reveal Kaleb holding a single red rose.

"Hey Ella" he said as he handed me the rose. "How are you?"

I smiled and felt happier with Kalebs presence "now that your here I am fine" as I finished Daniel came to the door.

"Oh hey Kaleb" he said bro hugging him.

"Hey Daniel, so how did you scare the others?" He asked.

"Haven't yet, why do you think my smile is so big" Daniel said and Kaleb just shook his head.

I opened the door farther and let Kaleb in. All I could think was 'wow today is going to be eventful'.

I saw that now my brothers and Kaleb were talking about football in the living room so I headed to the kitchen. I entered the kitchen and started making a snack when the door bell rang. I was about to go get it when I heard Daniels voice "I got it"

Daniel's POV

I turned the handle and opened the door to see Caden's smiling face. "Hello El-" he stopped when he realized it was me. "Oh hey Daniel" he said nervously shifting his weight.

"Hello Caden how are you today?" I asked calmly and by his reaction he noticed I was too calm.

He completely paled and said "I-I-I am f-f-i-ne" he stuttered

"Good then let's have a chat" I say closing the door behind me so we are standing on the porch "so you see to me Ella is a great sister and I know you, you are the heartbreaker. And I would hate to see Ella sad, so we are going to make...." I paused just for the effect "a deal, if you hurt Ella I will hang you by your eyelids and beat you till you blink, okay?" I finished setting my hand out in front of me. He slowly nodded and shook my hand.

I reopened the door and watched him disappear laughing at his horrified state. Scaring people is too much fun.

Ella's POV

I set down the last bowl of snacks as I watched a pale Caden walk in the room and the boys started laughing. "Hey Caden" Daniel said patting his shoulder and taking a seat. I already knew from everyone's faces that we all knew Daniel scared him shitless.

We were all laughing when the doorbell rung and my nightmares have been answered. Jacobs here!!

Sorry for another short. Update but I couldn't leave you at that cliffhanger. Sorry for the plot twist but I had to so the next chapter they will prove he is guilty and then we will get on with e competion of Caden and Kaleb. I case anyone wants to know I feel like my science test felt good, but I realized that my game teacher hates me :(!!
