3rd POV

At the police station we see headmaster Ozpin, and his secretary Glynda entering a room.

Ozpin: "Well?"

Police Chief: "We finally managed to get it under control."

Glynda: "It's just a boy."

PC: "That ain't no boy. He easily tanked a stun gun and took out a cop with a single hit."

Ozpin: "If I may ask, why's he wearing a muzzle?"

PC: "After we got him here he bit three officers while almost biting off the thumb of another."

Ozpin: "Was he defending himself?"

PC: "I learned that the officers were taunting him. They've been sent home. But in order to sooth the other officers' concerns I put the muzzle on."

Glynda: "What're you thinking Oz?"

Ozpin: "I'm going in."

He walks through the door. Upon entering Y/N snarls seeing him.

Ozpin: "Easy, I only wish to talk."

He takes a seat in front of Y/N. Meanwhile he just keeps snarling at Ozpin.

Ozpin: "Do you understand me?"

Y/N narrows his gaze.

Ozpin: "Do you even speak english?"

Y/N emits a growl. Ozpin sighs.

Ozpin: "My name is professor Ozpin. I run a little school named Beacon."

Y/N lows. Ozpin then looks over Y/N's scar covered body.

Ozpin: "You've seen quite a few battles. Something tells me life hasn't been good to you."

Y/N slightly whines.

Ozpin: "Tell you what, why don't you stay at my school? It's safe. It'll be a lot better than sleeping in the wild."

Y/N stares at Ozpin. He then emits a low growl relaxing his body. Ozpin looks over his shoulder at a window. This makes the binds holding Y/N unlock releasing him. Ozpin then undoes his muzzle fully freeing him.

Ozpin: "You're gonna be okay."

*small timeskip*

Y/N hollers as he thrashes in a giant tub. Glynda pulls the chain fastened to a collar around his neck.

Ozpin: "Hold still."

He scrubs Y/N's back who desperately tries to escape what he perceives as torture. After an hour and a half he's finally let out of the tub. Now free Y/N springs out on all fours before shaking his body like a dog. Water flies everywhere spraying Glynda and Ozpin.

Ozpin: "Now to detick him."

What follows is another hour of burning off ticks. Now properly cleaned Y/N's strapped to a chair. Ozpin then switches on a buzzer that he uses to shave off Y/N's long hair. Once he's tidied up he's finally handed a set of clothes. He sniffs them before shaking his head and backing away.

Ozpin: "Put these on."

Y/N: *growls*

Ozpin: "Glynda."

Glynda waves a wand sending the clothes towards Y/N. He fights with all his might but the clothes are forcibly placed on him. When his last shoe is put on he tries to claw off his restraints.

Ozpin: "Relax. You'll get used to them. That should just about do it in terms of cleaning. Now to just show you around. Glynda, do you mind?"

Glynda: "This way."

She walks away with Y/N loosely following behind her.

Glynda: "Right there is the cafeteria. It's where you'll eat. Past that doorway is the classrooms. Over there is the training room."

She looks at him to see him just standing there.

Glynda: "Did you hear anything I just said?"

Y/N chitters squirming.

Glynda: "What's wrong?"

Y/N shakes with his legs wobbling. This clues Glynda in.

Glynda: "Oh. Well the bathroom's that way."

She points causing Y/N to just stare at her.

Glynda: "You do know how to use the bathroom right?"

He only growls. Glynda lets out a long sigh pinching the bridge of her nose.

Glynda: "Good grief."

*timeskip*

They exit the bathroom.

Glynda: "You are to not speak a word of this to anyone."

Speaker: "New students arriving."

Glynda: "Already? Can't leave you alone, follow me."

She walks away leading Y/N to the auditorium. There he's met with a lot of other students. As Y/N looks around he spots one Ruby Rose. She laughs with her sister Yang. Y/N stares at her beauty when his heart skips a beat. Ozpin's voice is then heard.

Ozpin: "I'll try to keep this short. All of you have come from all over Remnant to get here. Once you're finished here you plan to use your time to save the people of this world. But looking at you all I see is wasted potential. You think knowledge gained here will free you from the burden of expectation. But that's not the case. You'll learn that knowledge will only get you so far in this world."
