Beastly Takeover

3rd POV

While Ruby and Saphron have their talk we enter Y/N's head to see him in a black void. Suddenly in a bright flash a more Grimmified version of himself appears.

Y/N: "Who're you?"

Y/N2: "I'm the you who they fear. The one who bridges the gap between man and Grimm."

Y/N: "So you're my instincts. Why're you here?"

Y/N2: "Our master is calling us. We need to make our way to her."

Y/N: "I ain't going anywhere. Especially to mother."

Y/N2: "You hear her don't you? The utter sadness in her voice. She needs us."

Y/N: "She only needs us so she can raise us as a weapon."

Y/N2: "You speak lies. She merely wishes to have us by her side."

Y/N: "Whether I'm right or wrong, we're not heeding her call."

Y/N2: "Why must you constantly deny what's within you? Just set the animal free. Become the beast."

Y/N: "I'm not a beast. I'm a man."

Y/N2: "You're Grimm essence given life. You're bound to follow the will of the Grimm."

Y/N: "The Grimm can piss off. I've chosen the life I wanna live. A life where I can love someone who sees me for who I truly am."

Y/N2: "You are Grimm!!! She is a silver eyed warrior!!! Your love is forbidden!!! It would never work!!"

Y/N: "You don't know that! We love each other, we could make it work!"

Y/N2: "This is not the path for you. You are destined to live the life of a Grimm."

Y/N: "Fuck destiny. We all chose our path. We can choose who we want to become."

Y/N2: "Men choose. Beasts follow orders."

Y/N: "We are not beasts. We can have a choice."

Y/N2: "Enough. You've denied who you are long enough. It's time you embraced it."

The Grimmified Y/N hollers making normal Y/N scream in pain. Back in the real world Y/N screams in pain when his body morphs into a bipedal Grimm hybrid. He then howls hopping out of the second story window heading out. A second or two later the door to his room bursts open as the others enter the room.

Jaune: "Where'd he go?"

Ruby looks at the window.

Ruby: "He's out there."

Qrow: "We've gotta find him before he causes any trouble."

Yang: "We'll all split up and look."

Ruby: "Good. Let's just hurry."

They all nod heading out to search for Y/N. Meanwhile we find him running through the woods. He then suddenly stops sniffing the air.

Salem: "We finally meet."

He turns around seeing his biological mother.

Salem: "My sweet son, has finally come home to his mother."

She walks to him. She wraps her arms around him while laying her cheek on his head. She then begins to lightly cry tears of happiness.

Salem: "I've waited a long time for this moment. And now it's finally here."

As she continues to revel in her child's embrace he rams his now spike arm through Salem's chest.

Salem: "Y/N?"

She looks into his eyes. But when she does she doesn't see her son. She sees all of his genetically implanted hatred. His programmed desire to kill anything that happens to fall within his sights.

Salem: "You're not my Y/N."

Y/N swings his arm flicking Salem to the side. She heals herself but Y/N morphs his arm to Nevermore's wing. Razor sharp feathers then launch themselves towards her. She makes a sword and uses it to block or redirect the incoming feathers. 

While she does that Y/N morphs his other arm into a Seer's tentacle. It snakes its way around Salem before wrapping around her ankles. Y/N then slings his arm swinging Salem over his shoulder onto the ground. 

She tries to break free but Y/N spins dragging Salem across the ground before slamming her through two trees. Salem groans as her wounds heal themselves. Y/N growls seeing that his target won't stay down. Large spikes grow down his back make them take the form of dreadlocks.

Y/N then tucks himself in turning into a giant spiked ball. With a little momentum he takes off heading straight for Salem. She narrowly dodges making Y/N go through a tree. But he simply drifts facing Salem's direction. 

Roaring he takes off faster than before. Salem gets ready to dodge but one of the spikes launches itself pinning Salem down by her foot. She scream in pain but has it cut short by Y/N morphing his hands. They switch to bone coated Beringel's which he slams on top of Salem. 

With her down he sprouts four spiked tendrils which punctures Salem's hands and feet pinning her to the ground. She tries to break free but it's no use. Y/N leans down disconnecting his jaw. He comes closer to Salem when a voice is heard.

Ruby: "Y/N wait!!!!"
