Late Night Mission

3rd POV

It's just a complete mess. Debris laying everywhere, RWBY laying unconscious. Meanwhile Y/N stands tall against his opponents.

Nora: "Give up Y/N. You have no hope of winning."

Y/N: "Never... give up."

Nora: "Off with his head!!!!"

Pyrrha sends a storm of soda cans at him. They get close exploding around him. Nora then rushes in swinging her melon hammer into his ribs. He groans but grabs her face lifting her off the ground. 

Ren then comes in bringing down his leaks. Y/N however uses Nora as a shield to take the hit. Once that's done Y/N slams Nora on top of Ren taking them both out. He then stares down the two sword wielders of team JNPR.

Jaune: "He's tough."

Pyrrha: "But if we work together then we can bring him down."

Jaune: "Right. Then let's work together."

Y/N smiles readying himself. He then runs towards his opponents. They however split up confusing him. Jaune comes down with a loaf of bread that Y/N catches. Meanwhile Pyrrha sends another soda can at Y/N. It hits the back of his head turning his attention to Pyrrha.

This allows Jaune to slip between his legs snagging a link of sausages. Handing them to Pyrrha they both move in for the attack. Y/N brings his fist down which Jaune blocks. Spotting Pyrrha he tries to kick her. She however uses her semblance to move herself out of the way.

While she dodges she wraps one end of the link around Y/N's ankle. Jaune pushes Y/N's fist away grabbing the sausage link and running around Y/N's ankles. The two attackers then pull tripping Y/N. Now down they both swing Y/N around launching him into a pillar.

He groans as he falls onto the ground. He begins picking himself up but soon drops back to the floor due to the pain. Meanwhile Pyrrha and Jaune cheer sharing a high five. At the same time Glynda walks in waving her wand. The cafeteria is then put back to its previous position.

Glynda: "No playing with your food."

The three laugh before leaving to go clean themselves up. Later that night as Y/N just watches the moon lower he hears a door shut. Peeking out his door he sees RWBY plus Sun and Neptune leaving. Following closely behind Blake and Sun he's lead to a warehouse. Looking inside he sees Roman speaking to a crowd.

Roman: "I'll be the first to say that us humans are the worst. But let it be known they we have a common enemy. The ones who're in control. They run everything from the schools to the military and the kingdoms themselves. They're to blame for your current predicament. They're nothing but bugs. Lucky for you I'm the best exterminator around."

A curtain drops revealing a Paladin with the White Fang symbol on it.

Roman: "This here is what Atlas' using to help keep the world safe. Thankfully my employer has managed to get a few before they were made public. This'll be the tool that'll help you get the respect you oh so crave. Most of your brothers and sister have already gone to the southeast base. If you don't wanna join them that's fine. But if you really wanna get your respect then this' what you'll be given. Any questions?"

The crowd cheers. Roman then spots Blake and Sun walking to them. Thinking quickly Blake shoots out the lights. They then escape through a window. But after getting in the Paladin Roman chases them down a highway. 

Y/N morphs into a Sabyr and runs after Roman. As he does so he spots Roman firing at Blake. Not wanting her to get hurt he doubles his pace. As the Paladin readies another blast Y/N lunges. Sinking his teeth into the gun he trips the Paladin. They both fall going over the highway edge. After a brief free fall they both land with a hard thud. 

The Paladin effortlessly gets up while Y/N whines slowly getting to his feet. Once he does he yelps as pain consumes his side. Slightly moving he feels two broken ribs. Pushing past the pain he roars at the Paladin as it activates its gun aiming it at him.
